JAMBI – Tidak hanya di Kota Jambi, Ketua DPRD Provinsi Jambi Edi Purwanto juga menggelar safari Ramadhan di Kabupaten Batanghari. Bersama anggota DPRD provinsi Jambi Akmaluddin dan Sekretaris DRPD Provinsi Jambi Amir Hasbi, Edi melakukan safari di Desa Rambutan Masam, Kecamatan Muaro Tembesi, Batanghari, Sabtu (23/04/2022).
Safari diawali dengan dialog antara Edi Purwanto dengan para Kepala Desa sekecamatan Muaro Tembesi dan Tokoh Masyarakat di Balai Adat Desa Rambutan Masam. Hadir juga pada kesempatan tersebut Danramil, Camat Muaro Tembesi dan Ketua Lembaga Adat Kecamatan.
Diawal dialog, Akmaluddin sebagai Anggota DPRD dan putra Rambutan Masam mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Edi atas dukungannya dalam memasukkan berbagai usulan program yang merupakan aspirasi masyarakat ke dalam APBD.
“Jadi bapak ibu, walopun sudah sayo usulkan, tapi kalo idak diketuk palu dengan Mas Edi, dak akan terealisasi jugo, jadi terima kasih kami ucapkan atas dukungan dan perhatian pak Ketua DPRD selama ini,” ucap Akmal.
Dalam pertemuan tersebut, para Kepala Desa menyampaikan beberapa permasalahan yang ada di masyarakat Muara Tembesi, Rambutan Masam khususnya. Diantaranya permasalahan truk batu bara, infrastruktur dan situs cagar budaya Bujang Juaro.
Menyikapi permasalahan tersebut, Edi menyampaikan bahwa pemerintahan provinsi Jambi, khususnya DPRD provinsi Jambi terus berusaha mencari solusi terhadap berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi di tengah-tengah masyarakat.
“Alhamdulillah kita sudah bentuk Pansus BOT dan Konflik Lahan, sebentar lagi selesai dan akan kita sampaikan beberapa rekomendasi penting kepada pemprov, tujuannya agar segala bentuk investasi dan pemanfaatan sumber daya alam Jambi harus berdampak pada kesejahteraan masyarakat, bukan malah bikin susah masyarakat, insya Allah terkait Batubara, kita juga berencana untuk buat Pansus, termasuk Sungai Batanghari,” jelas Edi.
Setelah dialog dan buka puasa bersama para kepala desa dan tokoh masyakarakat, Edi Purwanto berpindah ke Masjid Jami’ Nurul Huda untuk melakukan sholat Maghrib, Isya dan Tarawih berjamaah.
Usai sholat tarawih, Ketua DPD PDI Perjuangan ini diminta untuk menyampaikan taushiyah singkat. Dalam taushiyahnya, Edi menekankan pentingnya menjaga persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa mulai dari tingkatan terkecil. Edi juga berharap agar masyarakat berhati-hati dalam menerima berbagai informasi, karena informasi yang salah dapat merugikan diri sendiri dan orang banyak.
“Jadi hati-hati bapak ibu, sekarang ini kadang kita basing kirim-kirim bae, ada berita bagikan, share, padahal belum tentu benar, padahal hoaks, hati-hati, karena Allah menegaskan dalam Al Quran agar kita tidak mengikuti sesuatu yang kita tidak paham tentang itu, karena pendengaran, penglihatan, dan hati kita akan dimintai tanggung jawab,” pesan Edi.
Di penghujung acara, Edi menyerahkan paket sembako kepada kaum dhu’afa yang berada di kawasan Rambutan Masam. Edi juga meninjau pembangunan turap yang berada di kawasan masjid. Edi berjanji akan menyampaikan proses penimbunan tanah yang belum selesai ke Dinas PUPR Provinsi Jambi.(*)
