Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu MInyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas) melakukan kunjungan kerja ke lokasi Sumur Eksplorasi Wilela (WLL)-001 yang terletak di Kabupaten Muara Enim, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan pada Sabtu (14/5). Sumur WLL-001 ini sebelumnya berhasil menemukan hidrokarbon pada drill stem test (DST) pertama dengan hasil laju alir gas sebesar 5,69 juta standar kaki kubik per hari (MMSCFD) dan kondensat 482,7 barel per hari (BCPD).
Deputi Perencanaan SKK Migas Benny Lubiantara menyampaikan apreasiasi kepada PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) Regional 1 Zona 4 dengan keberhasilan penemuan ini. “Kami atas nama manajemen SKK Migas memberikan selamat dan apresiasi kepada garda terdepan Pertamina yang telah berhasil menemukan migas baru melalui Sumur WLL-001, hal ini menjadi penyemangat bagi kita bersama dalam upaya memenuhi target di 2030 mendatang yang masih memiliki banyak tantangan,” katanya di lokasi pemboran Sumur WLL-001.
Ditambahkan Benny, kegiatan eksplorasi memiliki peranan penting bagi SKK Migas untuk memenuhi target 1 juta barel minyak per hari (BOPD) dan gas 12 milyar standar kaki kubik per hari (BSCFD). “Untuk percepatan, kegiatan eksplorasi tidak bisa lagi dijalankan dengan bisnis biasa, harus unusual dan mendapat dukungan dari semua pihak. SKK Migas dan Pertamina akan menindaklanjuti temuan ini dengan seksama, hal-hal apa yang bisa dipercepat akan kita percepat agar penemuan ini dapat segera dikembangkan dan dikomersialisasikan,” ujarnya.
Untuk selanjutnya, Sumur WLL-001 akan melakukan DST kedua pada kedalaman 565 – 567 mMD (meter kedalaman terukur) dan rencana DST ketiga pada kedalaman 450 – 452 mMD di lapisan Batupasir Formasi Air Benakat. “Kami berharap tes selanjutnya juga dapat memberikan indikasi hasil yang baik, sehingga proses pengembangan selanjutnya dapat segera dilaksanakan,” lanjut Benny.
SKK Migas menargetkan sebanyak 42 sumur eksplorasi akan dibor pada tahun 2022. Hingga April 2022, sebanyak 7 sumur eksplorasi telah dibor atau mencapai 31 persen dari target tahun ini.
“Beberapa minggu kedepan akan ada beberapa sumur eksplorasi yang akan dibor. Kita harapkan pada akhir tahun nanti, target sebanyak 42 sumur akan terpenuhi dan memberikan hasil penemuan yang baik sehingga cita-cita kita bersama untuk memenuhi target nasional akan tercapai,” sambung Benny.
“SKK Migas akan terus berkoordinasi dengan Pertamina untuk merealisasikan program-program yang telah tertuang dalam Work, Program, and Budget. Tentunya dalam implementasi akan ditemukan kendala-kendala, untuk itu SKK Migas sangat terbuka bagi KKKS (Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama) yang hendak mencari solusi atas kendala yang dihadapi di lapangan, sehingga kita harapkan bersama akan muncul banyak berita gembira dari lapangan,” ungkap Benny.
Dalam kesempatan yang sama, Vice President Development & Drilling Pertamina Regional 1, Tri Sasongko menyampaikan harapannya agar SKK Migas bersama PT PHR kedepan dapat semakin sinergi dan kompak untuk memenuhi target 1 juta BOPD dan 12 BSCFD gas terutama dengan harga minyak dunia yang sedang tinggi saat ini.
Penemuan migas baru melalui Sumur WLL-001 merupakan milestone yang baik bagi Indonesia dan khususya bagi PT PHR Regional Sumatera Zona 4 karena keberhasilan eksplorasi ini menjadi hal yang sangat ditunggu,” kata Tri.
Dia juga bersyukur tidak ada insiden yang terjadi selama dilaksanakannya pengeboran Sumur WLL-001, hal ini tentunya disebabkan oleh penerapan ketat HSSE (Health Safety Security Environment) dalam setiap kegiatan operasi oleh Pertamina.
“Pada akhirnya, kami mengucapkan terima kasih kepada seluruh pemangku kepentingan, terutama kepada SKK Migas yang telah memberikan support secara penuh untuk keberhasilan Sumur Wilela,” pungkas Tri.
