MUARABULIAN - Pemkab Batanghari kembali membuka seleksi terbuka Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi (JPT) pratama dilingkungan wilayah setempat. Dalam pembukaan kali ini, ada sembilan jabatan opd yang masuk dalam proses lelang.
Kabid Pengembangan Kompetensi Penilaian Kinerja Aparatur dan Penghargaan Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah (BKPSDMD) Kabupaten Batanghari, Ahmad Farij Wajdi kepada media pada Kamis (02/06/2022) mengatakan, lelang JPT pratama kali ini ada sembilan jabatan yang di lelang, yaitu Asisten Perekonomian dan Pembangunan Setda, Asisten Administrasi Umum Setda, Inspektur Daerah, Kepala Dinas Diskoperindag, Kepala Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Kepala Dinas PMD, Kepala Dinas Perkim, Kepala Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan dan Kepala Dinas DPPKBP3A.
Kata Farij, terhitung sejak Kamis 2 Juni 2022 ini Pemerintah Kabupaten Batanghari kembali membuka lelang jabatan pimpinan tinggi atau JPT pratama. Upaya ini dilakukan pemerintah setempat dikarenakan adanya beberapa organisasi perangkat daerah memiliki kekosongan jabatan.
Sementara itu, untuk persyaratannya sendiri memiliki kualfikasi pendidikan minimal paling rendah sarjana atau diploma IV, memiliki kompetensi teknis kompetensi manajeril dan kompetensi sosial kultural sesuai standar kompetensi jabatan yang ditetapkan," tutur Farij.
Diakui Farij, selain memiliki pengalaman jabatan dalam bidang tugas yang terkait dengan jabatan yang akan diduduki secara kumulatif paling kurang selama lima tahun, pernah menduduki jabatan adminisrator atau jabatan fungsional jenjang ahli madya paling singkat dua tahun dan usia paling tinggi 56 tahun.
"Jadwal untuk penutupan pendaftaran JPT ini terhitung sejak tanggal 2 juni hingga 10 juni 2022 mendatang," ujar Farij.
