BATANGHARINEWS.COM - Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas) bersama Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) Pertamina Hulu Rokan Regional 1 Zona 4 Field Ramba dan Pendopo menyempatkan bersilahturami dengan Pj. Bupati Musi Banyuasin bertempat di kantor Bupati Muba pada Selasa (28/06/2022). Pj. Bupati Muba, Apriyadi menyambut hangat Kepala Perwakilan SKK Migas Sumbagsel, Anggono Mahendrawan beserta rombongan dan pertemuan tersebut membahas rencana sinergi antar Pemerintah Kabupaten Muba dengan SKK Migas – KKKS.
Disampaikan oleh pihak SKK Migas - KKKS PHR Zona 4, bahwa sejauh ini industri hulu migas senantiasa berkolaborasi dengan pemerintah daerah setempat dalam hal ini Disnakertrans Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin untuk penyerapan tenaga kerja lokal sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kemampuan KKKS. “sebelumnya telah digarap bersama program unggulan Muba Vocational Center (MVC) yang menjadi harapan bagi kedua pihak agar dapat menjadi wadah bagi putra putri Muba untuk bisa memperoleh pelatihan spesifik dengan sertifikasi nasional ataupun internasional,” ungkap Anggono. Selanjutnya Dia mengatakan harapannya agar SDM tersertifikasi ini juga dapat diterima untuk bekerja tidak hanya di Kabupaten Muba melainkan lintas Provinsi bahkan Negara.
PJ Bupati Muba Apriyadi menambahkan bahwa sinergi dan kolaborasi yang ada di Dinas Ketenagakerjaan bersama SKK Migas - KKKS merupakan hal yang nyata memberikan kintribusi bagi putra putri di daerah Musi Banyuasin yang saat ini sudah banyak diterima bekerja di luar daerah Muba “Selain menjadi program yang membanggakan MVC ini juga merupakan terobosan pemerintah Kabupaten Muba bersama industri hulu migas,” jelas Apriyadi.
Selanjutnya pula dibahas mengenai pekerjaan fasilitas Jirak Waterflood yang telah rampung dan dalam waktu dekat proyek besar tersebut dikatakan Field Manager PHR Regional 1 Zona 4 Field Pendopo I Wayan Sumerta akan siap memberikan kontribusi upaya peningkatan produksi migas di area jirak. Dengan rampungnya pekerjaan tersebut, maka berakhir pula hubungan kontrak antara PHR Regional 1 Zona 4 Field Pendopo dengan Pihak Pelaksana Proyek beserta mitranya, dengan harapan transisi tersebut berjalan lancar dengan dukungan Pemerintah Daerah dan Masyarakat sekitar. Namun demikian maka secara perlahan juga akan diiringi dengan penurunan serapan tenaga kerja, Wayan menambahkan Program Pengembangan Masyarakat yang dilakukan diarea Jirak khususnya di Ring-1 Operasi PHR Zona 4 yang telah disetujui SKK Migas akan dan terus direalisasikan pula dengan kerjasama yang baik bersama Bappeda Kabupaten Muba. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut Apriyadi menambahkan agar PHR Zona 4 tetap berkoordinasi dengan pemerintah serta masyarakat di Kecamatan Jirak dalam mengupayakan kelancaran perasi hulu migas yang ada, karena kelancaran operasi hulu migas juga memberikan kontribusi bagi daerah Muba dalam bentuk dana bagi hasil migas.
Selanjutnya tanpa menampikan bahwa jalan yang dibangun dan digunakan oleh industri hulu migas juga menjadi jalur yang turut menggerakan roda perekonomian di daerah, Apriyadi menyampaikan agar jalan tersebut mendapatkan perhatian dari SKK Migas dengan KKKS nya,"agar dapat memberikan efek positif yang lebih besar bagi masyarakat di sekitar wilayah operasi migas area jir, maka jalan tersebut dapat diperbaiki secara bertahap sesuai dengan kemampuan yang ada, bila kemarin sudah diperbaiki 2km maka sisa jalan sepanjang 1,9km ditahap selanjutnya agar dapat diperbaiki sehingga dapat pula dinikmati oleh masyarakat,” lanjut Apriyadi.
