MUARABULIAN - Pemerintah Kabupaten Batanghari melalui Dinas Penanaman Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Batanghari optimis realisasi investasi di Batanghari mencapai Rp 1,5 triliun di akhir Desember 2023.
Pasalnya, pada triwulan ke III tahun 2023 realisasi investasi di Batanghari sudah sudah mencapai Rp779.515 miliar lebih atau sebesar 183 persen dari target sebesar Rp 425 miliar di tahun 2023.
Oleh sebab itu Kepala DPMPTSP Batanghari, Drs. Henry Jumiral mengaku optimis realisasi investasi dapat mencapai Rp 1,5 triliun di akhir Desember 2023.
“Optimis sayo,” ujar Kepala DPMPTSP Batanghari, Henry Jumiral saat ditemui media ini di Muarabulian, Senin (20/11/2023).
Kepada media ini dia mengatakan, berbagai upaya dilakukan DPMPTSP Batanghari dalam mencapai target investasi, diantaranya memberikan berbagai kemudahan dalam perizinan kepada investor agar menanamkan modalnya di Kabupaten Batanghari.
"Upaya yang kita lakukan seperti memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal dalam perizinan berusaha," katanya.
Sebelumnya Kepala Bidang Pengendalian Pelaksanaan Penanaman Modal dan Informasi Penanaman Modal, Agus Rachmat, SE.ME saat dikonfirmasi media ini diruang kerjanya mengatakan, b ahwa pada triwulan ke III tahun 2023 ini, realisasi penanaman modal di Batanghari sudah melebihi target awal yang ditentukan, yakni mencapai Rp 779.515 miliar lebih atau sebesar 183 persen dari target Rp425 miliar.
"Kalau dilihat dari jumlah realisasi pada triwulan ke II kemarin, realisasi penanaman modal di triwulan ke III ini jauh meningkat. Dimana pada triwulan ke II-2023 baru mencapai Rp196 miliar atau sekitar 46 % dari target Rp425 miliar, sementara pada triwulan ke III ini sudah melebihi target, yakni sebesar Rp779.515 miliar lebih atau 183 miliar," kata Agus Rachmat.
Saat itu Agus Rachmat menjelaskan, jika dilihat dari tabel realisasi penanaman modal persektor, yang paling mendominasi di wilayah Kabupaten Batanghari antara lain sektor tanaman pangan, perkebunan dan peternakan. Kemudian industri makanan (pabrik kelapa sawit) dan pertambangan.
"Untuk realisasi penanaman modal persektor yang paling mendominasi yakni sektor tanaman pangan, perkebunan dan peternakan," kata Agus Rachmat.
Agus Rachmat menambahkan, menurut rencana, terdapat tiga investor lagi yang akan masuk. Investor yang sedang mengajukan proses perizinan itu merupakan investor di pertambangan batubara, pabrik dan perkebunan.
Agus Rachmat juga berharap kedepannya target yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Batanghari dapat tercapai dan bisa melebihi dari target Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah kabupaten," ujarnya.
