JAMBI - Ketua DPRD Provinsi Jambi sekaligus Ketua Kormi Provinsi Jambi, Edi Purwanto menghadiri Rapat Kerja Kormi Provinsi Jambi, Minggu malam (9/6). Rapat ini turut dihadiri oleh Gubernur Jambi yang dalam hal ini diwakilkan oleh Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Jambi, Sudirman.
Turut hadir pada kesempatan ini Ketua KONI Provinsi Jambi, dan seluruh Ketua dan pengurus Kormi Kabupaten Kota yang terbentuk di Provinsi Jambi. Adapun tema dalam Rakernprov ini yaitu Perkuat organisasi untuk kemajuan olahraga masyarakat menuju Jambi mantap dan menuju Indonesia bugar 2024,
Pada kesempatan ini, Edi Purwanto menyebut bahwa dalam Rakerprov Kormi ini ada berbagai hal yang akan dirumuskan termasuk rencana program Kormi 2025. Program-program ini diharapkan untuk dirumuskan sejalan dengan tujuan Kormi.
“Kormi ini bertujuan agar masyarakat kita sehat bugar dan gembira dan ini juga bagian dari menjalin hubungan sosial masyarakat, dan dengan kormi diharapkan capai-capain target menyehatkan masyarakat itu bisa terwujud,” ujarnya.
Lebih lanjut disampaikan oleh Edi Purwanto bahwa program-program yang dijalankan ini diharapkan juga membangun kebudayaan kita, ini melihat olahraga kormi yang memiliki unsur budaya dan hal ini yang dalam Rakerprov Kormi menjadi diskusi bersama dalam mengimplementasikan hal tersebut.
“Kemudian kita akan menghadapi porprov, dan saya berharap kawan-kawan semua mencermati dan ketua inorga untuk berdiskusi, bagaimana ini menarik bagi masyarakat sebagaimana tujuan adanya Kormi di tengah masyarakat dan di Rakerprov ini harapan saya nanti juga di rumuskan Kormi ini karena belum semua terbentuk Kormi di kabupaten kabupaten,” pungkasnya.
Sementara itu, dalam kesempatan ini, Sekretaris Daerah mengatakan bahwa diharapkan, melalui Rakerprov ini berbagai program di rumuskan dan memunculkan ide-ide cerdas dan kreatif dalam meningkatkan pembangunan dalam olahraga rekreasi di Provinsi Jambi.
“Kemudian juga bisa berkontribusi untuk menggugah kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya berolahraga serta mendorong masyarakat provinsi jambi untuk memasyarakatkan olahraga dan mengolahragakan masyarakat,” tutupnya.
