MUARABULIAN - Bupati Batanghari, Muhammad Fadhil Arief, SE secara simbolis menyerahkan Alsintan serta penghargaan kepada pemenang lomba kelembagaan penyuluh dan kelembagaan petani tahun 2024.
 
Acara tersebut bertempat di Dinas Pangan, Pertanian dan Perikanan Kabupaten Batanghari, Senin (10/6/2024).
 
Ini juga dalam rangka mendukung program super Tangguh Kabupaten Batanghari.
 
Kepala Dinas Pangan, Pertanian dan Perikanan Kabupaten Batanghari, Farizal, SH.MH dalam laporannya mengatakan, kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan lanjutan semenjak bapak Bupati Fadhil Arief dilantik.
 
Kegiatan ini dalam rangka pengamanan ketahanan pangan Kabupaten Batanghari, dan kegiatan ini juga merupakan program Bupati Batanghari," kata Farizal.
 
Kegiatan diharapkan menjadi langkah awal untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan di Kabupaten Batanghari.
 
Sementara itu Bupati Batanghari, Muhammad Fadhil Arief dalam arahannya mengatakan, Kabupaten Batanghari akan berusaha untuk swasembada pangan, walaupun saat ini belum swasembada pangan.
 
Dalam kesempatan itu Bupati Batanghari mengingatkan kepada penyuluh agar berperan aktif dalam rangka meningkatkan ketahanan pangan di Kabupaten Batanghari. Dan juga penyuluh diharapkan agar dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya," harap Bupati.

Diketahui melalui Kementrian Republik Indonesia, direktorat jenderal sarana dan prasarana telah mengalokasikan anggran dana yang bersumber dari APBN tahun 2024 berupa bantuan kepada para petani kita yang ada di Kabupaten Batanghari, adapun bentuk dari bentuk dari bantuan tersebut berupa:
1.Pompa Air Honda WB30XN NF :10 Unit
2.Pompa Air Ishoku PA80-3S GP Premium+ Shark SP200 : 15 Unit
3. Pompa Air MBI-P100 : 10 Unit
4. Pompa Air Guntur GTO-6L : 2Unit
5. Pompa Air Beje Bj 100 : 15 Unit
6. Traktor Roda 2 Quick Amberjack : 35 Unit
7. Traktor Roda 2 Quick G3000 Zeva : 20 Unit
Jumlah : 107 Unit.

Selain itu dinas pangan, pertanian dan perikanan kabupaten batang hari juga telah menyalurkan bantuan alsintan yang bersumber dari dokumen pelaksanaan anggaran perubahan ( DPA-P) Tahun 2023 berupa:
1. Cultivator : 7 Unit
2. Pompa Air : 7 Unit
3. Power Thresher : 5 Unit
4. Traktor Roda 2 : 11 Unit
Bantuan alsintan yang bersumber dari DAK Tahun 2023 berupa:

Pemerintah Kabupaten Batanghari selalu berupaya meningkatkan sektor pertanian pada indeks pertanian (IP) lahan rawa menjadi lebih produktif dengan program optimasi lahan dan pompanisasi yang merupakan kerja sama antara dinas pangan, pertanian dan perikanan Kabupaten Batanghari dengan TNI. dengan program tersebut pemerintah daerah mendapat bantuan Alsintan dari kementrian pertanian untuk kegiatan pengolahan lahan.
Pemberian 55 Unit Traktor Roda 2 dan 52 Unit Pompa Air serta penghargaan bagi para penyuluh dan petani hari ini, saya harapkan dapat menjadi bagian penting dari upaya untuk membangun sektor pertanian yang super Tangguh di Kabupaten Batanghari, kita berharap penyuluh dan petani terbaik dapat terus meningkatkan prestasinya dan menjadi contoh bagi penyuluh dan petani yang lain.
