Usai Sholat Shubuh Berjemaah Pj bupati bersama gubernur dan rombongan, menyerahkan bantuan Paket Sembako kepada para jemaah dan memberi santunan kepada para anak-anak yatim dan dhuafa.
Menariknya pada Program Shubuh Berjemaah kali ini, ramai dihadiri anak-anak berpakaian Sekolah Dasar. Jadi pada Subuh Jumat itu, anak-anak Kungkai dan sekitarnya sebelum berangkat sekolah terlebih dahulu mengikuti Shubuh Berjemaah bersama Gubernur dan Pj Bupati.
‘’Ahlamdulillah ini merupakan Jumat Berkah bagi kita semua, semoga bantuan dan santunan yang kami berikan akan sangat bermanfaat,’’ ujar Gubernur Jambi dibenarkan Pj Bupati Merangin.
Pada kesempatan itu, Gubernur Jambi H Al Haris masih didampingi Pj Bupati H Mukti, juga memberikan bantuan dana kelanjutan pembangunan Masjid Baitussalam, yang diterima ketua penitia pembangunan masjid tersebut.
Gubernur Jambi mengajak warga untuk terus beramai-ramai memakmurkan masjid. Generasi muda para pelajar SMP dan SMA sederajat juga diminta untuk rajin melakukan sholat berjemaah di masjid.
‘’Sholat berjemaah itu akan semakin memotivasi generasi muda untuk mencintai masjid, yang pada akhirnya akan memiliki akhlak mulia dan mental yang kuat. Dengan semangat dan iman yang kokoh, mereka akan menjadi generasi penerus yang berkualitas,’’ terang H Al Haris.
