Sedangkan aksi ketiga lanjut Kadis Parpora Kabupaten Merangin ini, mewujudkan perekonomian daerah yang inklusif dengan skema ekonomi hijau berbasis berbagai keunggulan daerah.
Dimana terang Sukoso, bupati akan menyambut investasi dengan insentif kemudahan berusaha, membangun pabrik beras modern dan mengembangkan kawasan strategis kabupaten serta Geopark Merangin Jambi.
Aksi keempat terang Sukoso, membangun tata kelola Pemerintahan yang baik, maju, dan bersih berbasis teknologi informasi 5.0. Untuk itu bupati akan berkantor di setiap kecamatan secara bergilir untuk menyerap aspirasi masyarakat.
Tampil sebagai penceramah pada Safari Ramadhan itu, Ustadz H Abdul Kholik yang mengupas habis tentang empat golongan orang yang dirindukan surga. Keempat golongan itu, pertama orang yang sering mambaca Al Quran.
‘’Kedua orang yang menjaga lidah dan omongan, ketiga orang yang sering memberi makan kepada orang yang kelaparan dan keempat orang yang berpuasa. Jadi itulah orang yang dirindukan Surga,’’ terang H Abdul Kholik.
 Sementara itu, Pemkab Merangin juga menggelar Safari Ramadhan 1446 H dilokasi lainnya. Wabup Merangin H A Khafid Moein memimpin Safari Ramadhan di Masjid Al Iklas Desa Mentawak Kecamatan Nalotantan.
Sedangkan Sekda Merangin Fajarman memimpin jalannya Safari Ramadhan 1446 H di Masjid Rajo Tiangso Desa Muara Madras Kecamatan Jangkat. Meskipun sempat diguyur hujan, namun jemaah sangat ramai memadati masjid tersebut.
Kapolres Merangin AKBP Roni Syahendra memimpin Safari Ramadhan di Masjid Al Muqorrobin Desa Tunggul Bulin Kecamatan Tabir Ilir. Para pejabat di jajaran Polres Merangin dan Pemkab Merangin tanpak hadir.
Ketua DPRD Merangin M Rivaldi memimpin jalannya Safari Ramadhan di Masjid Al Azhar Desa Tanjung Ilir Kecamatan Tabir Timur. Ratusan jemaah terlihat khusuk mengijuti jalannya acara.
