BANGKO – Suasana hangat dan penuh keakraban mewarnai pembukaan Pelatihan Bantuan Operasional Satuan Pendidikan (BOSP) Kinerja dan BOSP Afirmasi Tahun 2026 di Aula Kantor Bupati Merangin, Senin (31/8). Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Bupati Merangin, M. Syukur, mengajak seluruh tenaga pendidik untuk memantik kembali semangat berinovasi dan tidak cepat berpuas diri. Di hadapan para guru penerima BOSP, Bupati M. Syukur menekankan bahwa esensi utama dari sebuah pelatihan bukanlah sekadar formalitas mengejar sertifikat atau rutinitas pengelolaan dana operasional sekolah. Lebih dari itu, pelatihan harus menjadi momentum untuk menghadirkan ide-ide segar di ruang kelas. "Ibu-ibu guru harus berinovasi, kreatif, mencari ide-ide baru. Jadi bukan sekadar latihan bimtek terus pulang dapat sertifikat, sudah selesai. Tapi Ibu kembali ke sekolah harus punya semangat baru untuk membangun daerah," tutur Syukur. Dalam penyampaiannya yang diselingi canda tawa bersama para peserta, Bupati M. Syukur membagikan pandangannya mengenai pentingnya pemerataan kualitas pendidikan. Menurutnya, pengalaman dan keberhasilan pembelajaran yang ada di sekolah perkotaan idealnya dapat dirasakan pula oleh anak-anak di wilayah kecamatan dan pelosok desa. Ia mengajak para pendidik senior dan berprestasi di kota untuk membuka diri serta membagikan ilmu serta pengalamannya ke wilayah yang lebih membutuhkan, seperti Jangkat, Jangkat Timur, Tabir Barat, hingga Tabir Timur. "Harusnya yang sudah berhasil, memberi ilmu pada yang belum berhasil. Logikanya harusnya begitu," ujarnya disambut tawa dan tepuk tangan riuh dari para guru yang hadir. Mengulas makna pengabdian, Bupati M. Syukur menceritakan pengalamannya saat memutuskan kembali ke Merangin untuk membangun daerah, meninggalkan kenyamanan jabatannya di tingkat nasional. Ia berharap nilai keikhlasan dan ketulusan dalam melayani tersebut juga meresap ke dalam jiwa para guru saat mendidik generasi penerus bangsa. Merespons arahan tersebut, Bupati M. Syukur meminta Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Merangin untuk terus mendampingi para guru serta memastikan fasilitas pembelajaran anak-anak di desa dapat sejajar dengan di kota. Kegiatan pelatihan ini turut dihadiri oleh Kajari Merangin, Bunda PAUD Kabupaten Merangin, Sekda Merangin, Asisten I, Inspektur Inspektorat, Kadis Dikbud, serta Kadis Kominfo Kabupaten Merangin.
