KUALA TUNGKAL – Ruang Pola Utama Kantor Bupati Tanjung Jabung Barat menjadi saksi bisu dari sebuah momen penting bagi birokrasi daerah pada Kamis (10/09/2026). Bupati Drs. H. Anwar Sadat, M.Ag., memimpin langsung pelantikan lima Pejabat Manajerial strategis, mulai dari Direktur RSUD KH. Daud Arif hingga pejabat di Dinas Kesehatan dan Badan Pendapatan Daerah. Namun, acara ini bukan sekadar seremonial serah terima jabatan. Di hadapan para pejabat baru, Bupati Anwar Sadat melontarkan peringatan keras: Jabatan adalah amanah, bukan?? (hak istimewa) untuk bermalas-malasan.
“Jabatan bukan sekadar kedudukan, tetapi merupakan amanah dan tanggung jawab yang harus dipertanggungjawabkan. Karena itu, saya berharap seluruh pejabat yang dilantik dapat bekerja secara profesional, menjaga integritas, serta memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat,” tegas Anwar Sadat dengan nada serius.
Fokus Utama: Transformasi Layanan Kesehatan & Pendapatan Daerah
Dari lima pejabat yang dilantik, sorotan utama tertuju pada dr. Arwin Agus, MM. yang resmi menjabat sebagai Direktur RSUD KH. Daud Arif Kuala Tungkal. Bupati menekankan bahwa rumah sakit adalah "garda terdepan" penyelamatan nyawa, sehingga kepemimpinan di sana tidak boleh main-main.
“Kepada saudara yang hari ini dilantik, terutama sebagai direktur Rumah Sakit Daud Arif Kuala Tungkal, bahwa saudara mempunyai tanggung jawab moral, profesional, dan sosial. Kepemimpinan yang kuat, berintegritas, dan berorientasi pada pelayanan prima sangatlah dibutuhkan,” ujar Bupati.
Selain dr. Arwin, empat pejabat lain juga menerima mandat berat:
1. Ns. Yulia Trismawati, S.Kep., MKM. sebagai Kepala Bidang Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Penyakit pada Dinas Kesehatan.
2. Randy Pramana, S.AP. sebagai Kepala Seksi Kesejahteraan Rakyat Kecamatan Senyerang.
3. Rici Julianti, SP. sebagai Kepala Subbidang Pendaftaran dan Pendataan pada Bapenda.
4. Muhammad Ridwan, SE. sebagai Kepala Subbidang Penagihan dan Keberatan I pada Bapenda.
Penempatan pejabat di Bapenda menunjukkan komitmen pemerintah untuk mengoptimalkan pendapatan daerah melalui penagihan yang efektif namun tetap humanis, sementara posisi di Dinas Kesehatan dan Kecamatan menegaskan fokus pada pencegahan penyakit dan kesejahteraan rakyat di tingkat akar rumput.
Adaptasi Cepat, Kerja Kolaboratif
Bupati Anwar Sadat juga meminta para pejabat baru untuk tidak membuang waktu dalam masa transisi. Ia menuntut adaptasi cepat, koordinasi solid antar-jajaran, dan kerja kolaboratif untuk mendukung program prioritas Pemkab Tanjab Barat. “Pelantikan ini adalah upaya penyegaran organisasi. Bagi masyarakat Tanjab Barat, pelantikan ini membawa harapan baru.
