MUARABULIAN - Bupati Batanghari, Ir Syahirsah Sy menyerahkan Remisi secara simbolis kepada 8 orang Narapidana dan Anak Pidana di Lapas Kelas IIB Muara Bulian, Sabtu (17/08) di Aula Lapas Kelas IIB Muara Bulian.
Turut hadir pada acara Penyerahan Remisi Wakil Bupati Batanghari,Hj.Sofia Joesoef,SH,MM, Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Batanghari, M.Mahdan S.Kom, Kajari Batanghari, Mia Banulita,SH, Kapolres Batanghari, AKBP.Moh Santoso, SH,SIK, Kepala Pengadilan Negeri, Derman P.Nababan, Sekda Batanghari, H.Bakhtiar,SP, Ketua TP-PK Batanghari, Hj.Yunninta Asmara,SH, para Forkompinda, Para Kepala OPD dan para tamu undangan lainnya.
Bupati Batanghari dalam pidatonya menyampaikan sambutan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Azazi Manusia Republik Indonesia mengatakan Program Revitalisasi Penyelenggaraan Pemasyarakatan sangat sesuai dengan tema Perayaan ke -74 Hari kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia yaitu "SDM Unggul Indonesia Maju" dimana sama-sama memiliki fokus dalam upaya peningkatan Kualitas SDM.
" Saya berpesan kepada seluruh jajaran Pemasyarakatan agar menjadikan momentun Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia Tahun 2019 untuk lebih meningkatkan Kinerja, mempercepat pelayanan, mengubah pola kinerja yang dapat mengikuti perkembangan isu-isu terkait pemasyarakatan, dapat secara tegas memberikan kepastian hukum kepada masyarakat dalam melaksanakan tugas sehari-hari, meningkatkan kemampuan melaksanakan tugas dengan penuh integritas,bekerja profesional dan tulus dengan terus berupaya untuk menjadikan lapas dan rutan tetap dalam suasana kondusif, aman serta tidak melakukan perbuatan yang dapat merusak nama baik institusi permasyarakat dan Kementerian Hukum dan HAM pada umumnya," pesan MenKumham yang dibacakan oleh Bupati Batanghari.
Kepala Lapas Kelas IIB Muara Bulian, Dwi Santosa, Amd,IP,S.Sos,M.Si dalam laporannya menyampaikan bahwa jumlah Narapidana yang menerima Remisi pada Tahun 2019 ini berjumlah 153 orang, dan sebanyak 60 orang dinyatakan bebas langsung.
Acara diakhiri dengan penampilan tari dari Narapidana yang merupakan Rekormuri yang dilaksanakan serentak seluruh Indonesia pada Tanggal 15 Agustus 2019 lalu, diikuti oleh 200.000 Warga Binaan seluruh Indonesia dengan aplikasi Zoom dari pusat di Lapas Kelas I Tanggerang, Jakarta.(*)
