BATANGHARINEWS.COM - Entah setan apa yang bersarang di pikiran ayah bejat satu ini. Dia tega mencabuli anak tirinya sebut saja Mawar (15) warga Rt.01, Dusun Ladang Panjang, kecamatan Rimbo Ilir, kabupaten Tebo sebanyak 30 kali.
Akibatnya, Mawar terpaksa harus menahan malu akibat perlakuan seorang pria berinisil (SH) yang tidak lain adalah ayah tiri korban. Korban dicabuli ayah tirinya saat rumah dalam keadaan sepi.
Untuk melancarkan aksinya, pelaku berusaha membujuk dan mengiimingi korban dengan imbalan uang sebesar 10 ribu untuk memuaskan syahwatnya. Kejadian itu terjadi pada jum'at (23/08/2019) malam sekira pukul 20:00 wib. Yang mana, saat itu ibu korban pergi menggunakan sepeda motor ketempat tukang urut bersama tetangganya, sedangkan anaknya tinggal dirumah dengan pelaku.
Dari pengakuan pelaku, ia (pelaku,red) sudah melakukan pencabulan kurang lebih sebanyak 30 kali. Aksi bejat pelaku ini terungkap setelah ibu korban yang saat itu masih berada dirumah tukang urut dan mendapat kabar bahwa rumahnya sudah ramai didatangi warga sekitar.
Atas kejadian tersebut, orang tua korban yang tidak terima anaknya dicabuli pelaku, ibu korban langsung melaporkan kejadain tersebut ke Polsek Rimbo Ilir, dengan LAPORAN POLISI Nomor : LP / B. 09 / VIII / 2019 / Jambi / Sek Rimbo Ilir / SPKT, tanggal 23 Agustus 2019.
Sementara, saat dikonfirmasi Kapolres Tebo AKBP Zainal Arrahman, melalui Kapolsek Rimbo Ilir IPTU Panji Lazuardi, SH membenarkan atas adanya laporan orang tua korban," ya benar, pelapor bersama anaknya datang ke Polsek melaporkan pelaku yang merupakan suaminya atau ayah tiri korban atas kasus pencabulan," ujar Kapolsek. Pada selasa (27/08/2019).
Kronologis kejadian pencabulan ini dilakukan pelaku, pada saat pelapor hendak berurut bersama tetangganya dengan menggunakan Spm namun ank Pelapor tinggal dirumah bersama Terlapor.
Dan sekira pukul 20.00 Wib pelapor mendapatkan kabar kalau dirumah pelapor sudah ramai oleh warga dusun ladang panjang. Dari keterangan korban bahwa terlapor telah melakukan perbuatan cabul terhadap korban dengan cara payudara korban telah d hisap oleh terlapor serta kemaluan korban di pegangi oleh terlapor dan korban di imingi akan d berikan uang jajan Rp 10.000 (sepuluh ribu rupiah), kejadian tersebut sudah di lakukan terlapor lebih kurang 5 kali.
Kapolsek juga menjelaskan bahwa aksi bejat pelaku ini sudah dilakukan sejak mawar duduk di kelas 1 SMP. Dalam menjalankan aksinya pelaku memujuk korban dan di imingi uang sebesar 10 ribu. "Dari pengakuan korban pelaku mencabuli anak tirinya sejak masih duduk di kelas 1 SMP, dan pelaku mengaku sudah 20 kali dicabuli pelaku. 10 kali waktu korban masih kelas 1 dan 20 kali sewaktu korban duduk di kelas 2 SMP, itupun pelaku banyak yang lupa," terang Kapolsek.
