MUARATEBO - Gadis, yang mengaku sebagai kelurga dari Doni Irwanto (19) pelaku pemerkosa janda paru baya menuntut para pelaku pengoroyokan yang mengakibatkan hilangnya nyawa Doni (Pelaku,red) untuk diadili sesuai hukum yang berlaku.
"Karena sudah menghilangkan nyawa, kami dari pihak keluarga menuntut dan meminta pelaku pengeroyokan itu diproses sesuai hukum," kata kelurga almarhum, Gadis, saat dikonfirmasi di depan ruang Zal Dalam RSUD Tebo, pada Kamis (19/12/2019).
Gadis juga menceritakan bahwa usai melakukan pemerkosaan, Almarhum pergi ke kebun datuknya. Kemudian almarhum dikeroyok oleh enam orang dan dipukul menggunakan kayu. Datuknya tidak bisa berbuat apa apa karena sudah terlalu tua.
"Doni dikeroyok dan dipukuli rame-rame menggunakan kayu. Datuk yang ada disitu ceritanya hampir dipukul, namun datuk itu hanya bisa menyaksikan karena sudah tua," jelas Gadis.
"Ceritanya datang polisi yang mengamankan kemudian Doni di bawa ke Polsek VII Koto," timpalnya.
Gadis kembali menceritakan, bahwa enam orang pelaku pemukulan itu adalah pihak keluarga yang diperkosa. Dan dari informasi keluarga bahwa almarhum ini sewaktu masih hidup mengaku hubungan badan tersebut sudah yang kedua kali dilakukannya.
"Upaya kami dari pihak keluarga minta diproses sesuai hukum. Dan kalaupun alamarhum dinyatakan bersalah almarhum memang bersalah. Tapi orang yang memukuli juga di proses sesuai hukum," pungkasnya.
Sementara, pantauan harian ini di di RSUD Tebo bahwa jasad pelaku pemerkosaan usai dilakukan serah terima dengan pihak rumah sakit. Kini, jasad pelaku langsung dibawa kerumah duka menggunakan mobil ambulance Puskesmas Sungai Abang VII Koto untuk dikebumikan.
Sebelumnya, Doni Irwanto pelaku pemerkosa ditemukan tergeletak dalam semak-semak dengan kondisi tangan terikat dan tanpa busana usai dikeroyok massa.
Pelaku pemerkosaan yang ditemukan tergelatak dengan kondisi tangan terikat dan tanpa busana di dalam semak-semak sempat dilarikan ke dipuskesmas VII Koto. Namun, nyawa korban tidak bisa diselamatkan akibat pukulan benda tumpul di sekujur tubuh.
