DIBEKUK: Tersangka MD (28) warga Kecamatan Merlung, KabupatenTanjab Barat, yang diamankan polisi, kemarin (5/9).
JAMBI - Malang nasib Bunga (nama samaran,red). Pelajar berusia 14 tahun di salah satu sekolah di Kabupaten Tanjab Barat, ini menjadi korban pemerkosaan. Polisi yang mendapat laporan, berhasil meringkus pelaku.
Kabid Humas Polda Jambi, AKBP Kuswahyudi Tresnadi, saat dikonfirmasi membenarkan peristiwa ini. Kata Dia, korban diperkosa di semak-semak pinggir jalan KM 6 Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi, Kabupaten Tanjab Barat.
"Pemerkosaan itu terjadi 29 Agustus 2017 sekitar pukul 21.30 WIB," ujar AKBP Kuswahyudi Tresnadi, kepada harian ini di Mapolda Jambi, kemarin (5/9).
Kejadian bermula saat Pada hari Selasa tanggal 29 Agustus 2017 sekira pukul 21.30 WIB, pada saat korban dibonceng pelaku untuk pergi ke pesta pernikahan keluarganya di Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi. Di tengah perjalanan, tepatnya di KM 6 Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi, tiba-tiba pelaku menghentikan sepeda motornya dengan alasan untuk buang air kecil.
Setelah itu, Dia meminta korban untuk turun dari sepeda motornya. Lalu mendekati korban dan menciumnya. Namun korban menolak dengan cara mendorong muka pelaku.
"Pelaku berusaha memaksa dan memperkosa korban," sebut mantan Kapolres Tanjab Barat, ini.
Namun kejadian ini baru dilaporkan pada 4 September 2017 dengan nomor laporan LP/B-84/IX/2017/RES TJB BRT/SPKT. Berkat laporan itu, Pelaku berhasil dibekuk. Dia adalah MD (28) warga Kecamatan Merlung, KabupatenTanjab Barat.
"Pelaku ditangkap di mess tempat kerjanya di PT IIS wilayah Kecamatan Merlung," jelasnya.
Barang bukti yang diamankan yakni satu unit motor Honda Verza merah, baju dan pakaian dalam korban. Tersangka dan barang bukti diamankan di Polres Tanjab Barat.
