JAKARTA – Perhatian masyarakat ke lowongan CPNS baru begitu luar biasa. Tak pelak jadi kesempatan emas untuk kreator kabar hoax. Kali ini beredar inforamsi bahwa lulusan cumlaude bakal langsung diterima menjadi PNS baru.
Kabar tersebut diantaranya beredar di Facebook melalui tautan informasi dari website wartapgri.id. Dengan judul berita Lulusan ’’Cumlaude’’ Perguruan Tinggi Akan Langsung Diangkat Menjadi PNS. Sekilas situs itu milik Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia (PGRI).
Namun setelah ditelusuri situs itu bukan milik PGRI. Website resmi induk organisasi profesi guru itu adalah www.pgri.go.id. Di laman Facebook, sejumlah akun ikut menyebar informasi palsu itu. Diantaranya adalah akun milik Forum Honorer K2.
Kepala Biro Humas Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) Muhammad Ridwan menegaskan informasi tersebut adalah palsu alias hoax. ’’Tidak ada satupun orang yang tanpa tes bisa menjadi CPNS atau PNS langsung,’’ katanya di Jakarta kemarin. Di dalam regulasi pengangkatan CPNS, alurnya mulai dari pendaftaran, seleksi administrasi, seleksi kompetensi dasar (SKD), dan seleksi kompetensi bidang (SKB).
Ridwan menjelaskan pemerintah memang membuka dua jalur khusus untuk menjadi CPNS. Yakni jalur pelamar cumlaude dan putra/putri Papua serta Papua Barat. Dibukanya jalur khusus itu, bukan berarti pelamar kategori cumlaude maupun Pupua-Papua Barat itu bukan berarti mereka akan melenggang menjadi PNS begitu saja.
Menurut Ridwan pelamar yang menggunakan jalur khusus itu, hanya bersaing dengan sesama pelamar jalur khusus. Artinya pelamar jalur cumlaude ya bakal bersaing dengan pelamar jalur cumlaude lainnya. Begitupun untuk jalur putra dan putri terbaik Papua-Papua Barat.
Pemerintah memiliki alasan khusus membuka dua jalur tersebut. Untuk jalur cumlaude, diharapkan terjaring SDM unggul untuk menjadi aparatur negara. Jalur ini diantaranya menyaratkan IPK yang diterima harus kategori cumlaude atau lebih dari 3,50 poin. Selain itu harus lulusan dari program studi (prodi) dan kampus yang terakreditasi A. ’’Selama ini banyak lulusan berprestasi yang larinya bekerja di perusahaan swasta. Padahal negara memerlukan SDM unggul,’’ jelasnya.
Sedangkan jalur Papua-Papua Barat adalah kebijakan afirmasi supaya anak-anak berprestasi dari kedua daerah tersebut memiliki akses untuk bersaing menjadi PNS di pemerintah pusat sekalipun. Dengan infrastruktur yang terbatas, anak-anak dari Papua dan Papua Barat tentu akan kesulitan jika bersaing bebas dengan anak-anak dari daerah yang lebih maju.
Ridwan mengingatkan kepada masyarakat supaya berhati-hati saat menerima informasi soal pendaftaran CPNS baru. Dia menganjurkan masyarakat meng-update informasi resmi dari BKN atau instansi pemerintah lainnya. Jangan sampai masyarakat mendapatkan informasi yang salah, lantas berujung pada penipuan dan sejenisnya.
Data sampai kemarin (22/9) pukul 10.00 WIB menempatkan Kemendikbud sebagai instansi dengan jumlah pelamar terbanyak. Kementerian yang dipimpin Muhadjir Effendy itu dilamar 124.832 orang. Kuota untuk CPNS jalur cumlaude di Kemendikbud mencapai 30 kursi. Sementara kuota Papua-Papua Barat ada 3 orang, kuota disabilitas 6 orang, dan kuota umum 261 orang.
Instansi yang ramai dilamar masyarakat berikutnya adalah Kemenkeu (99.860 orang), Kemenkes (97.875 orang), Kejagung (59.643 orang), dan Kemenhub (56.401 orang). Sementara instansi yang sepi pelamarnya adalah Lemsaneg hanya 40 orang, Kemenkeo Perekonomian (244 orang), Bapeten (607 orang), Kementerian PAN-RB (921 orang), dan Kemenpar (1.021 orang).
