JAMBI - Pendaftaran Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (Kemenkumham) resmi ditutup 31 Agustus lalu. Untuk Provinsi Jambi sendiri, sebanyak 22.814 orang mendaftar.
Kakanwil Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (Kemenkumham), Bambang Palasara mengatakan, jumlah itu merupakan hasil perhitungan dari pelamar yang mendaftarkan diri via website resmi CPNS Kemenkumham.
Dijelaskannya, pelamar pada jenjang SLTA sederajat yang melakukan pendaftaran online sebanyak 18.619 pelamar. Dari jumlah itu dinyatakan lulus administrasi 14.860 orang. Dan sebanyak 3. 759 gagal.
"Dari pelamar ini ada yang gagal bahan dan ada yang tidak mengirimkan bahan ke Po Box," akunya.
Sementara itu, untuk pelamar pada Jenjang S1 sebanyak 4.195. Untuk S1 pemeriksaan berkas yang dikirim melalui Po Box Kementerian Hukum dan Ham, Kantor Perwakilan Daerah hanya mendapatkan lampiran.
Untuk ujian tertulis (CAT) pada jenjang S1 akan dilakukan pada 11 hingga 16 September 2017. Pelaksanaan ujian CAT ini dilaksanakan di Gedung Pola Kantor Gubernur Jambi. Pemantapan lokasi ini melihat jumlah pelamar yang masuk.
"Jadwal yang mengatur pusat, sekarang kita belum dapat lampirannya," tambahnya.
Sementara itu, untuk pelamar pada Jenjang SLTA sederajat belum ditentukan oleh Kementerian. Saat ini yang sudah ada jadwal pelaksanaan ujian CAT baru pada jenjang Sarjana. Untuk jadwal CAT jenjang SLTA masih menunggu dari Kementerian.
Seperti pada Jadwal yang telah ditetapkan, pada tanggal 5 hinga 9 September pelamar CPNS yang dinyatakan lulus untuk melakukan print out kartu ujian CAT sesuai yang tertera pada website resmi Kemenkumham.
Sementara itu, terkait dengan peralatan ujian CAT, sebanyak 150 komputer akan dikirimkan oleh Kemenkumham berikut tekhnisinya, untuk jumlah tekhnisinya, Bambang belum mengetahui berapa orang yang akan bertugas.
Terpisah, Kepala Perwakilan Ombudsman Jambi, Taufik Yasak mengatakan, pengawasan pelaksanaan ujian CAT CPNS Kemenkumham akan dilakukan secara serius, nantinya akan ada 8 orang yang diturunkan dalam setiap pelaksanaan tahapan tes.
Mengingat pelaksaan CAT di daerah merupakan usulan dari Ombudsman, Taufik juga mengharapkan peran katif dari pelamar CPNS Kemenkumhan dalam pengawasan tes yang akan dilakukan, bila perlu sesama peserta saling mengawasi terkait kemungkinan kecurangan yang akan terjadi.
“Kalau pengawasan di daerah kami pastikan akan dilakukan dengan baik," katanya.
Dalam hal ini, Taufik masih menduga adanya kecurangan di pusat. Bagaimana tidak, daerah tidak mengetahui siap yang akan dinyatakan lulus oleh panitia CPNS Kemenkumham. “Kita inginya yang bertugas didaerah merupakan penduduk asli,” pungkasnya. ( n ur)
