NARKOTIKA: Tersangka Irwansyah bersama barang bukti saat diamankan di Polda Jambi, beberapa waktu lalu.
JAMBI - Penyidik Subdit I Direktorat Reserse Narkoba (Ditresnarkoba) Polda Jambi, merampungkan berkas seorang waria yang terlibat kasus penyalahgunaan narkotika, Irwansyah (29).
Berkasnya juga sudah dilimpahkan ke Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) Kejaksaan Tinggi Jambi, untuk diteliti. Pelimpahan dilakukan beberapa waktu lalu.
Hal ini disampaikan Direktur Resnarkoba Polda Jambi, Kombes Pol Ade Sapari melalui Kasubdit I, AKBP Imam Tarmudi. Kata Dia, saat ini pihaknya masih menunggu petunjuk dari jaksa.
“Kita belum tahu apakah sudah lengkap atau belum. Kita masih menunggu,” ujar AKBP Imam Tarmudi, kepada wartawan, kemarin (27/9).
Kata Dia, pihaknya juga masih melakukan pengembangan kasus ini guna mencari keberadaan seseorang berinisial H, yang diduga bandar pemasok sabu kepada Irwansyah.
Diberitakan sebelumnya, Irwansyah ditangkap di kediamannnya yang berada di Jalan Tawakal, Lorong Kampung Nelayan, Kecamatan Tungkal Ilir, Kabupaten Tanjabbar. Dari tangan Irwansyah petugas kepolisian mengamankan barang bukti berupa 90 paket sabu-sabu dengan berbagai ukuran.
Hasil pemeriksaan, Irwansyah mengaku mendapatkan barang haram tersebut dari H. Namun ia tidak bertemu langsung dengan H setiap kali mengambil paket sabu-sabu.
Oleh H, paket sabu-sabu diletakkan di dekat tong sampah. Kemudian diambil oleh Irwansyah untuk diedarkan lagi di wilayah Tanjabbar.
Waria ini diamankan Sabtu (16/9) sekitar pukul 10.00 WIB di rumahnya Jalan Tawakal Lorong Sentral, Tanjab Barat.
Barang bukti yang disita yakni 1 buah dompet warna hitam berisikan 90 paket sabu dengan berbagai ukuran. Kasus ini masih dalam pengembangan.
Atas perbuatannya, tersangka dikenakan Pasal 114 ayat 2 atau Pasal 112 ayat 2 tentang Narkotika. Ancaman hukuman diatas 5 tahun penjara.
