Terlihat Jalan Aspal yang sudah mulai retak dijalan tungkal harapan
KUALATUNGKAL - Kinerja pengawas dari pihak kosultan dan dinas terkait di Diduga kendor tidak efeksien mejalankan fungsinya dengan optimal. Pasalnya proyek pembangunan Jalan dengan sefrifakasi pekerjaan pengaspalan yang berlokasi di tengah kota tepatnya di jalan harapan, kelurarahan tungkal harapan kecamatan tungkal ilir yang belum lama rampung dikerjakan sudah mengalami kerusakan.
Melihat kondisi pekerjaan ini,akhirnya berapa suar sumbang dan keluhan keluar dari masyarakat selaku penguna jalan. Warga pun menilai terjadinya kerusakan jalan dengan waktu cepat,menduga pengawasan dari pihak kosultan dan dinas terkait kendor tidak efesien melakukan pengawasan. Warga meminta pihak-pihak berkompaten,baik Dewan,TPAD maupun ispektorat untuk turun langsung ke lokasi.
Keluhan yang senada juga disampaikan warga setempat Abdul, Menurut Abdul sebenarnya merasa terimakasih kepada Pemerintah yang telah cepat tangap membantu dengan memperbaiki jalan ini. Namun sangat disayangkan, upaya baik pemerintah ini tercoreng atas pekerjaan ini. Akibat hasil kerja yang dilaksanakan pihak rekanan tidak sesuai apa yang diharapkan oleh masyarakat.
“ Kami selaku warga sekitar sangat senang sekali dengan adanya pembangunan infrastruktur jalan di tempat ini. Akan tetapi, kami juga sangat menyayangkan mengapa dari pihak Dinas (PUPR) membangun jalanya seperti ini. Ini jalan baru selesai dikerjakan sekitar dalam Satu minggu inilah, dan kondisi jalannya bisa dilihat sendiri, sudah banyak yang rusak,” keluh warga tersebut.
Abdul, menambahkan, warga sekitar sangat menyayangkan dengan hasil pengaspalan jalan yang menurut masyarakat dikerjakan terkesan asal jadi. “Sayang uang pemerintah kalau hasilnya begini. Pemerintah daerah sudah bagus membangunkan kami jalan, tapi kalau kualitasnya begini, kan rugi juga. Tak hanya pemerintah, masyarakat juga dirugikan,” cetusnya.
Selain meminta kepada pihak kontraktor untuk bertanggung jawab dengan hasil pengerjaan jalan tersebut, Abddul juga menegaskan, seharusnya pemerintah daerah ikut turun tangan.
“Pengawasannya sejauh ini bagaimana? Ini juga perlu dipertanyakan. Pemerintah harus bersikap tegas, jangan mau terima kalau hasilnya begini. Karena nanti yang mau menggunakan masyarakat,” pungkasnya.
Sementara itu, Kamaruddin selaku Ketua LSM GANK (Gerakan Anti Kurupsi) Tanjab barat mengatakan, hasil pekerjaan jalan Harapan patut di pertanyakan, di karenakan pekerjaan nya sangat amburadul," terangnya.
"Lanjut Kamaruddin, Seharusnya pihak pengawasan harus ekstra ketat dan jangan di kasih peluang buat rekanan untuk memperkaya diri, kalau hasil pekerjaanya seperti bisa di duga konsultan pengawas dan selaku Pejabat Pelaksana Teknis Kegiatan (PPTK) harus jeli dan tegas dalam melaksanakan pengawasan dan jangan mau di kendalikan oleh pihak rekanan.
Saya selaku Ketua LSM GANK Tanjab barat,memberikan saran kepada dinas terkait,untuk memeriksa pekerjaan ini.apa bila ditemukan adanya kerugian uang Negara harus ditindak dengan tegas,agar jadi cerminan untuk kontraktor lainnya dan kosultan.untuk tidak main-main dengan uang Negara," imbuhnya.
Pantauan sejumlah awak media di lokasi berapa waktu lalu,ditemukan ada beberapa titik aspal yang dikerjakan di sepanjang jalan kurang lebih 200 meter tersebut,sudah berlubang-lubang Tak hanya itu,di sisi lain terlihat aspal juga sudah retak dan lembek.
Sementara terpisah kosultan teknis dikonfirmasikan melalui via ponselnya terkait pekerjaan ini, tidak bisa memberikan penjelasan yang kongrit,bahkan disentil berapa jumlah anggaran proyek tersebut mengunakan dana APBD atau APBD-perubahan kosultan sebut lupa," ujar kosultan singkat.
Menindaklanjuti hal ini,pihak dinas terkait belum berhasil di konfirmasikan.
