Dua pelaku beserta dua unit mobil kayu Ilegal Loging yang di Amankan
MUARATEBO - Meski pihak kepolisian Polres Tebo tengah gencar memberantas perusak hutan atau Ilegal Loging di wilayah hukum Polres Tebo. Namun, hal tersebut tidak diindahkan oleh sejumlah orang yang tak bertanggungjawab.
Pasalnya, Tim Sultan besutan Polres Tebo, senin (14/01) malam kembali mengamankan dua pelaku beserta dua unit mobil cunter bermuatan kayu Ilegal Loging jenis Medang Labu, karet, Mahang dan Jengkol.
Dua pelaku tersebut ialah JAS (20) warga Desa Rantau Kembang Kec. Rimbo Ilir Kab. Tebo dan rekannya SJ (39) warga unit 5 Jln 15 Desa Tegal Arum Kec.Rimbo Bujang Kab. Tebo.
Kedua pelaku beserta dua unit mobil yang membawa kayu alam ini di tangkap Tim Sultan saat melintas di Km 02 Jln lintas Jambi - Bungo Kec.Tebo Tengah Kab.Tebo, pada hari senin (14/01) malam sekira pukul 20:30 wib.
Penagkapan itu berawal dari Informasi yang di dapat bahwa dari informan terdapat dua unit mobil mengangkut kayu hasil alam dengan modus membawa kayu karet yang posisi kayu alam berada dibawah tumpukan kayu karet di wilkum Polres Tebo.
Kemudian tim sultan polres tebo yang melakukan patroli di seputaran kec. Tebo tengah dan berhasil mengamankan 2 unit mobil tersebut dimana identitas sopirnya berinisial JAS dengan membawa 1(satu) unit mobil jenis cunter warna hijau nopol BH 8497 WM dan SJ dengan menggunakan 1(satu) unit mobil jenis cunter warna kuning nopol BH 8608 WU
Kemudian setelah dilakukan pengecekan terhadap muatan kedua mobil tersebut ternyata terdapat kayu alam yg berada dibawah tumpukan kayu karet yang berdiameter 130 cm, kemudian Tim Sultan membawa JAS dan SJ beserta barang bukti ke Polres Tebo guna pemeriksaan lebih lanjut.
Kasat Reskrim Polres Tebo melalui Kanit Tipiter IPDA Cindo Kottama, membenarkan atas penangkapan kedua pelaku beserta dua unit mobil berisi kayu alam di Tebo Tengah.
"Dari hasil pemeriksaan ada 4 kibik kayu medang labu dan mahang dibawah tumpukan kayu karet. Saat ini pelaku dam pemilik kayu sedang di proses," katanya.
Cindo juga menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan angkutan kayu alam ini sudah dilakukan sejak dua bulan terakhir. Dari keterangan pelaku, empat kubik kayu medang tesebut bakal dibawa daerah Tembesi dan Muara Bulian.
"Pengakuan para tersangka mereka beli dari masyarakat di daerah blom F Rimbo Ilir," sebut Cindo.
Dari hasil penangkapan tersebut, polisi berhasil menyita 1 unit mobil Cunter warna kuning dengan nopol BH 8608 WU bermuatan kayu jenis Mahang, Medang Labu, dan karet dan 1 satu unit mobil cunter warna hijau dengan nopol BH 8497 WM membawa kayu jenis Medang Labu, Karet, Mahang dan Jengkol," jelasnya.
Saat ini, lanjut Cindo, kedua pelaku beserta barang bukti sudah diamankan di Mapolres Tebo untuk di lakukan pemeriksaan. "Atas perbuatannya, para pelaku terancam Pasal 88 ayat (1) huruf a Jo Pasal 16 UU RI Nomor 18 Tahun 2013 KUHPidana tentang pencegahan dan pemberantasan perusakan hutan," pungkasnya.
