SENGETI - Pihak kepolisian resort (polres) Muaro Jambi hingga saat ini belum menyerahkan berkas penyidikan BBM ilegal 20 Ton kepada Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Muaro Jambi. BBM illegal tersebut merupakan hasil tangkapan Juli 2018 lalu.
Kasatreskrim Polres MuaroJambi, AKP Afrito Baro Baro saat di konfirmasi bahwa saat ini pihaknya tengah melakukan pemberkasan terhadap kasus BBM ilegal tersebut. Ia mengatakan bahwa saat ini masih dalam tahap awal, itu pun masih di dalam proses SPDP sudah di layangkan, ujarnya singkat.
Target pelimpahan berkas dan barang bukti tersebut, kasat reskrim belum bisa berkomentar, Ia meminta kepada awak media untuk fokus pada pertanyaan terkait dengan rekontruksi yang usai di lakukan. " Itu nanti kita bahas, nanti ini kita wawancara rekontruksi pembunuhan dulu," cetusnya.
Pada pemberitaan sebelumnya, Satreskrim Polres Kabupaten Muaro Jambi berhasil mengamankan barang bukti mobil truk bermuatan 20 Ton BBM Ilegal. Selain itu, pihaknya berhasil mengamankan tersangka pembawa minyak dari daerah Muba yang akan di bawa ke Riau pada Juli 2018 lalu. Tersangka dalam kasus ini yaitu EH dan JS, namun keduanya tidak di tahan karena ancaman hukumannya dibawah 5 tahun penjara.
Adapun pasal yang disanggkakan Pasal 53 huruf B UU RI tahun 2001 tentang Migas ancamannya 4 tahun dan denda 40 miliar. " Keduanya di tangkap di jalan menuju Jambi/Palembang, Desa Ibru Kecamatan Mestong Kabupaten Muaro Jambi Jum'at (20/7) lalu sekitar pukul 20.48 WIB," ujar Ardiono saat konferensi beberapa waktu lalu.
Sementara itu menurut Informasi yang di dapat dari pihak Kejari Muaro Jambi bahwa berkas penyidikan kasus BBM ilegal 20 ton tersebut sudah di nyatakan lengkap sejak pertengahan November 2018 lalu, bahkan tahapannya saat ini sudah masuk kategori dilimpahkan (P21 A), mengingat telah dinyatakan lengkap lebih dari satu bulan.
