MUARABULIAN – Tidak hadirnya sejumlah pejabat fungsional yang tak hadir pada pelantikan pejabat fungsional tertentu, Kamis (17/1) kemarin, tak heran membuat Bupati Batanghari terkesan marah.
Terkait hal itu, orang nomor satu di Batanghari ini meminta pejabat fungsional yang tidak hadir segera diberikan sanksi.
Dalam kesempatan itu beliau mengatakan, pejabat yang tidak hadir maupun yang main-main saat berlangsungnya prosesi pelantikan harus diberikan sanksi sesuai aturan yang berlaku.
Sementara itu, Kepala Badan Kepegawaian, Pelatihan dan Sumber Daya Manusi Daerah (BKPSDMD) Batanghari, Muhammad Rifa’i Kadir, saat dikonfirmasi media mengaku memang sedikit kesalahan teknis yang terjadi pada prosesi pelantikan tersebut. Padahal, kata dia, acara tersebut sangat khidmat. Maka dari itu, diakuinya, bahwa apa yang disampaikan oleh bupati akan ditindaklanjuti sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku.
Tidak hadirnya sejumlah pejabat saat pelantikan, kata dia, berdasarkan informasi yang dirangkumnya ada beberapa faktor yang membuat peserta banyak yang terlambat. Apalagi yang dilantik mayoritas dari kalangan bidan yang diketahuinya tempat tinggalnya jauh.
“ Rumah mereka rata-rata jauh semua. Ada yang dari desa Batu Sawar, Sungai Rengas dan lainnya,” katanya.
Rifa’i mengatakan, sanksi yang dikenakan yakni tindakan disipliner ringan, sedang dan berat sesuai dengan aturan berlaku,” pungkasnya. (*)
