MUARATEBO - RR (29) warga jalan Pahlawan Rt.01 RW 03 Wirotho Agung, Kecamatan Rimbo Bujang, Tebo, terpaksa harus berurusan dengan pihak kepolisian. Pasalnya, ia (RR) tersandung kasus barang haram berupa Narkoba jenis Shabu.
Pelaku ini ditangkap pada hari selasa (05/02/2019) sekira pukul 20:00 wib malam yang tengah menghisap shabu di rumahnya. Penangkapan pelaku ini berawal dari adanya laporan masyarakat bahwa RR sering konsumsi narkoba.
Penangkapan ini dibenarkan langsung oleh Kasat Narkoba Polres Tebo, Iptu Rendie Rienaldy, S.I.K saat dikonfirmasi media ini," ya benar, pelaku kita tangkap dirumahnya saat mengkonsumsi Shabu," kata Kasat.
Kasat menerangkan bahwa kronologis penangkapan terhadap tersangka RR berawal dari adanya informasi warga ada transaksi narkoba di jalan Pahlawan RT01 RW03 Wirotho Agung Kec. Rimbo Bujang, mendapat laporan itu Tim Sat Narkoba langsung melakukan penyelidikan.
Saat pengintaian ditemukan tersangka RR sedang dirumahnya dan tengah menghisap Shabu, Setelah itu, Tim langsung melakukan penangkapan dan penggeledahan. Pihaknya berhasil menemukan sejumlah paket Narkoba jenis shabu yang disaksikan oleh para saksi.
Dari tangan tersangka, polisi berhasil menyita sejumlah barang bukti (BB) berupa 1 (satu) paket kecil sabu seberat 0,13 gram, 2(dua) pak plastik klip baru, 3(tiga) buah plastik klip bekas, 2(dua) korek api mancis, 2(dua) buah sendok pipet, 1(satu) hp merek samsung, 2(satu) timbangan digital merek CHQ, dan 1(satu) bong alat hisap sabu.
"Saat di interogasi, pelaku mengakui bahwa barang haram itu miliknya,"imbuh Kasat lagi.
Setelah penangkapan, tim langsung membawa tersangka bersama barang bukti ke mako Polres Tebo untuk dilakukam proses lebih lanjut.

"Untuk mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatanya, pelaku kami kenakan pasal 112 ayat (1) dan atau pasal 114 ayat (1) UU no 35 tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika dengan ancaman hukuman minimal 5 tahun penjara," pungkas Kasat.
