BATANGHARINEWS.COM-Kejuaraan Provinsi (Kejurprov) Jambi Cabor Basket tahun 2019 di kabupaten Batanghari, pada Senin (22/7/2019) secara resmi digelar.
Acara yang dilaksanakan di GOR Basket Batanghari tersebut, dibuka langsung oleh Sekda Batanghari, H Bakhtiar SP.
Dalam kesempatan itu, Adi Saputra selaku Ketua pelaksanaan Kejurprov Jambi tahun 2019 yang juga selaku Ketua Perbasi Batanghari mengatakan, dasar pelaksanaan sesuai dengan Program KONI yang diadakannya babak kualifikasi Porprov.
Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk persiapan atlit Porprov pada tahun 2020 dan Pra-PON," kata Adi.
Lanjut dikatakan Adi, pelaksanaan kejurprov Basket ini dimulai sejak tanggal 22-28 Juli 2019. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini diikuti seluruh Kabupaten/Kota se-Provinsi Jambi," ujar Adi.
Dalam kesempatan itu, Adi juga menyampaikan sumber dana kegiatan berasal dari dana hibah KONI Provinsi Jambi, dana hibah KONI kabupaten Batanghari, serta dari para sponsor lainnya.
Dia juga mengucapkan terima kasih kepada pihak-pihak yang memberikan support baik secara moril dan materil.
