KUALATUNGKAL - Ratusan bidang tanah milik pemerintah Kabupaten Tanjab Barat belum miliki kelengkapan administrasi atau sertifikat tanah, hingga saat ini Bpkad Tanjab Barat terus melakukan penataan aset.
Pemerintah kabupaten Tanjab Barat mencatat sekitar 913 persil tanah yang dimiliki. Namun saat ini baru sekitar 400 persil tanah yang memiliki sertifikat.
Kepala BPKAD Tanjab Barat, Rajiun Sitohang mengatakan jika saat ini masih banyak tanah Pemkab Tanjab Barat yang belum memiliki sertifikat.
"Dari 913 persil tanah yang tercatat, baru 400 bidang tanah yang memiliki sertifikat. Sedangkan masih ada sekitar 513 bidang tanah lagi yang belum memiliki sertifikat," katanya belum lama ini.
Dijelaskannya, adapun dari ratusan tanah yang belum memiliki sertifikat tersebut kebanyakan meliputi bangunan sekolah, Puskesdes dan puskesmas yang tersebar diseluruh kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Tanjab Barat.
Dikatakan Rajiun, setiap tahun pihaknya terus berupaya melakukan pengajuan kepada pihak BPN untuk pembuatan sertifikat tanah milik pemkab tajab barat.
"Setiap tahun kita terus lakukan penataan aset ini, melakukan pensertifikan tanah melalui Badan pertanahan nasional (Bpn)," katanya.
Namun ditahun 2018 lalu dari sekitar 100 persil tanah lebih yang di ajukan untuk pembuatan sertifikat dan hanya terealisasi sekitar 30 lahan tanah.
Kendati demikian, upaya terus menerus dilakukan agar semua aset dapat tertata dengan baik. Hal dibuktikan dengan pihaknya kembali menambahkan kurang lebih 70 persil tanah lagi ke BPN untuk dibuatkan sertifikatnya.
Aset yang sudah memiliki sertifikat tersebut, kata Rajiun pihaknya melakukan penandaan dengan mendirikan plang tanda tanah milik pemkab Tanjab barat.
Rajiun berharap agar pihak BPN segera menerbitkan sertifikat tanah yang sudah di ajukan.
