MUARABULIAN - Wakil Bupati Batanghari, Hj Sofia Joesoef SH pada Senin (5/8/2019) kemarin, secara langsung menyampaikan nota pengantar rancangan anggaran pendapatan belanja daerah perubahan (RAPBD-P) kabupaten Batanghari tahun anggaran 2019 pada rapat paripurna DPRD Batanghari.
Rapat paripurna dipimpin secara langsung oleh ketua DPRD Batanghari, Muhammad Mahdan S.Kom didampingi wakil ketua DPRD Batanghari, Elpisina S.Sos beserta Sekwan, Aminullah AP ME.
Dalam penyampaiannya Wabup Batanghari mengatakan, pendapatan daerah pada tahun anggaran 2019 ditargetkan sebesar Rp.1.386 triliun lebih meningkat sebesar 0.60 persen menjadi Rp.1.394 triliun lebih, yang terdiri dari pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) tahun anggaran 2019 ditargetkan sebesar Rp.141 milyar lebih menurun menjadi Rp 134 milyar lebih atau menurun seebsar 5.12 persen.
Kemudian dana perimbangan tahun anggaran 2019 ditargetkan sebesar Rp.1.007 triliun lebih meningkat menjadi Rp.1.018 triliun lebih atau sebesar 1.04 persen. Sementara lain-lain pendpaatan daerah yang sah tahun 2019 ditargetkan sebesar Rp.237 milyar lebih meningkat menjadi Rp.242 milyar lebih atau meningkat sebesar 2.14 persen,” kata wabup.
Sementara, lanjut Wabup, belanja daerah tahun anggaran 2019 direncanakan sebesar Rp.1.384 triliun lebih meningkat menjadi Rp.1.433 triliun lebih atau meningkat sebesar 3.49 persen. Dari belanja daerah ini direncanakan untuk mengalokasikan belanja tidak langsung dianggarkan tahun 2019 sebesar Rp.770 milyar lebih meningkat menjadi Rp.793 milyar lebih atau meningkat sebesar 2.98 persen. Alokasi belanja tidak langsung diatas akan dipergunakan untuk tambahan belanja gaji CPNS untuk mengganti kekurangan pembayaran tahun 2018 lalu dan penyempurnaan standar tambahan penghasilan pegawai negeri sipil (TPPNS).
Sedangkan belanja langsung dianggarkan tahun 2019 sebesar Rp.614 milyar lebih meningkat menjadi Rp.640 milyar lebih atau sebesar 4.12 persen. Belanja langsung digunakan untuk belanja pegawai, belanja barang dan jasa, belanja modal pembangunan dan pelayanan public untuk membiayai program dan kegiatan proritas pembangunan sesuai dengan perubahan rencana kerja pembangunan daerah kabupaten Batanghari tahun 2019 dalam rangka mewujudkan target kinerja sebagaimana tertuang dalam RPJMD kabupaten Batanghari tahun 2016-2021,” tutur wabup.
Wabup menjelaskan, belanja daerah pada RAPBD-P tahun 2019 ini merupakan hasil penyesuaian-penyesuaian terhadap hasil evaluasi dan pencapaian target kinerja program dan kegiatan yang akan dialokasikan untuk mendanai beberapa kebijakan, program kegiatan dalam rangka upaya mempercepat mewujudkan masyarakat Batanghari maju, adil dan sejahtera berlandaskan ketaqwaan,” ujar wabup.
Diketahui turut hadir pada paripurna tersebut, para anggota DPRD Batanghari, Sekda Batanghari, H Bakhtiar SP, para Forkompimda, para kepala Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD), para Kabag, para Camat, para Kades dan undangan lainnya.(*)
