BATANGHARINEWS.COM – Kabar baik bagi guru yang ada di kabupaten Batanghari. Sebab, tunjangan penghasilan pegawai (TPP) guru yang selama ini dinantikan akan dicairkan pada bulan September 2019.
Informasi yang berhasil dihimpun media ini dilapangan menyebutkan, pemerintah kabupaten Batanghari akan mencairkan TPP guru untuk empat bulan sekaligus, yakni untuk bulan Mei sampai bulan Agustus 2019.
Kepala Badan Keungan Daerah (Bakeuda) kabupaten Batanghari, Muhammad Azan SH, di Muarabulian mengatakan, pencairan TPP guru di kabupaten Batanghari yang sempat tertunda itu, akan direalisasikan pada bulan September 2019.
Bahkan jika tidak ada kendala, TPP guru tersebut akan dicairkan selambat-lambatnya pada minggu pertama bulan September 2019. Asalkan, kata Azan DPA perubahannya sudah diselesaikan oleh Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (PDK) kabupaten Batanghari dalam pekan ini.
“ Sukur-sukur dalam minggu pertama September 2019 bisa dibayarkan, asal DPA perubahannya sudah diselesaikan dinas Pendidikan. Jadi tinggal lagi kecepatan kawan-kawan dari dinas Pendidikan,” kata Azan dikonfirmasi media ini, Selasa (27/8/2019).
Dikatakan Azan, TPP guru yang akan dibayarkan nanti untuk bulan Mei sampai Agustus 2019. “ Untuk besaran berpartisipasi sesuai dengan golongan, namun akan dibayarkan untuk bulan Mei sampai Agustus 2019,” terang Azan.
Terkait hal itu, Azan menghimbau pihak dinas Pendidikan Batanghari untuk segera melakukan proses pencairan TPP guru tersebut, seperti membuat DPA nya dan lainnya.
“ Kita minta pihak Disdik agar segera melakukan proses pencarian TPP guru, seperti membuat DPA nya dan lainnya,” imbau Azan.
Untuk tambahan TPP guru ini dianggarakan lebih kurang Rp 11 milyar untuk sampai dengan akhir tahun 2019,” tambah Azan.
Seperti diwartakan sebelumnya pencairan TPP guru di Batanghari bulan Mei dan Juni 2019 ditunda. Penyebabnya, anggaran daerah di dinas pendidikan yang di anggarkan di APBD murni 2019 tidak mencukupi untuk membayar TPP tersebut.
Seperti dijelaskan Kepala Bakeuda Batanghari, M Azan pada saat itu, bahwa penundaan pembayaran TPP guru di kabupaten Batanghari disebabkan kesalahan penganggaran di APBD murni 2019. Itu disebabkan, pada waktu penganggaran TPP guru yang dibayarkan tidak termasuk guru sertifikasi.
Dimana pada saat peraturan Bupati terkait TPP ini diterbitkan, ternyata guru yang menerima sertifikasi juga dibayarkan sesuai sengan perbub itu,” jelas Azan.
Ia membeberkan, sebelumnya pemkab telah mengganggarkan Rp 10 milyar lebih untuk pembayaran TPP ini. Namun setiap bulannya di tahun 2019 ini Disdikbud selaku pengguna anggaran harus mengeluarkan Rp 2,4 milyar untuk pembayaran TPP yang disalurkan kepada 2.400 orang guru, serta pegawai Disdikbud itu sendiri. Sehingga anggaran yang ada hanya bisa membayar guru selama empat bulan saja.(mon )
