MUARABULIAN - Bupati Batanghari Ir Syahirsah Sy pada Kamis (29/8/2019) menghadiri apel Gelar Pasukan Operasi Mandiri Kewilayahan Patuh 29 Agustus sampai 11 September tahun 2019 di halaman Polres Batanghari.
Turut hadir Forkompimda Kabupaten Batanghari, Para Kepala OPD SeKabupaten Batanghari dan Peserta Apel.
Kapolres Batanghari, AKBP.Moh.Santoso,SH.,S.I.K dalam membacakan sambutan Kapolda Jambi mengatakan, sesuai amanat undang-undang nomor 22 tahun 2009 tentang lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan kita di harapkan untuk mewujudkan dan memelihara keamanan, keselamatan dan kelancaran serta ketertiban berlalu lintas (KAMSELTIBCAR LANTAS), meningkatkan kualitas keselamatan dan menurunkan tingkat fatalitas korban kecelakaan lalulintas, membangun budaya tertib berlalu lintas dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada publik.
Operasi patuh tahun 2019 ini dilaksanakan secara mandiri kewilayahan selama 14 hari di mulai tanggal 29 Agustus sampai dengan 11 September secara Serentak, sasaran prioritas operasi patuh adalah
1. Pengemudi dan penumpang sepeda motor tidak menggunakan helm
2. Pengemudi melawan arus
3. Pengemudi menggunakan handphone saat berkendara
4. Pengemudi kendaraan bermotor di bawah pengaruh alkohol (Mabuk)
5. Pengemudi berkendara melebihi batas kecepatan yang di tentukan
6. Pengemudi kendaraan tidak menggunakan safety belt
7. Pengemudi kendaraan di bawah umur
8. Kendaraan yang menggunakan lampu rotator/strobo.
Dengan penindakan sasaran pelanggaran lalulintas tersebut di atas maka di harapkan operasi patuh tahun ini dapat menekan jumlah korban fatalitas dan meminimalisir kemacetan lalulintas serta terwujudnya KAMSELTIBCARLANTAS yang MANTAP.(mon)
