MUARABULIAN - Bupati Batanghari, Ir Syahirsah Sy, secara langsung menghadiri Rapat Paripurna Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) kabupaten Batanghari, Jum'at (30/8/2019).
Paripurna ini dalam rangka pengucapan sumpah/janji anggota DPRD kabupaten Batanghari masa jabatan 2019-2024.
Acara yang berlangsung di Gedung DPRD Batanghari tersebut, dipimpin langsung oleh Ketua DPRD Batanghari Muhammad Mahdan S.Kom.
Turut menghadiri acara tersebut, Wakil Bupati Batanghari Hj.Sofia Joesoef,SH,MM, Wakil Ketua DPRD Batanghari, Hj Yunnita Asmara dan Elpisina, Sekretaris Dewan Aminullah, unsur Forkompimda, para Anggota Dewan DPRD Batanghari, Sekretaris Daerah Batanghari, H Bakhtiar SP, para pejabat dilingkup pemerintah serta tamu undangan lainnya.
Dimana 35 anggota DPRD kabupaten Batanghari terpilih periode 2019-2024 hasil Pileg pada Rabu 17 April 2019 lalu resmi dilantik. Pelantikan sekaligus mengambil sumpah/janji dilakukan oleh Ketua Pengadilan Negeri Muarabulian, P Nababan.
Dalam sambutan sesuai dengan keputusan Gubernur Jambi yang di sampaikan Bupati Batanghari, Ir Syahirsyah Sy mengatakan, sesuai dengan keputusan KPU kabupaten Batanghari Nomor 65/PL.01.09-Kpt/1504/KPU-Kab/VIII/2019 tentang penetapan calon terpilih anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah kabupatan Batanghari dalam pemilihan umum tahun 2019, telah di tetapkan calon terpilih anggota DPRD kabupatan Batanghari Provinsi Jambi masa jabatan tahun 2019-2024.
" Mempedomani ketentuan Pasal 155 ayat (2) Undang -Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang pemerintah daerah, keanggotaan DPRD Kabupaten/Kota diresmikan dengan keputusan Gubernur sebagai wakil pemerintah pusat," jelas Bupati.(mon)
