BATANGHARI - Polres Batanghari mengamankan puluhan pelaku yang diduga perambah dan pembakar hutan dan lahan (Karhutla) di kawasan PT REKI , kecamatan Bajubang, kabupaten Batanghari, Sabtu (21/9) siang.
Ada 22 pelaku yang diamankan diduga melakukan pembakaran hutan dan lahan. Mereka merupakan kelompok Nadeak Cs dan warga Kampar, Riau," ujar Kapolres Batanghari, AKBP Mohamad Santoso dalam keterangan rilis.
AKBP Santoso berujar, mereka diamankan sekira pukul 14.30 WIB di desa Bungku, kecematan Bajubang, kabupaten Batanghari. Pengamanan dengan mengerahkan lebih kurang 85 personil gabungan dari TNI-Polri.
" Barang bukti yang diamankan bibit tanaman kelapa sawit, beberapa unit mesin chainsaw, kayu bekas terbakar dan 4 buah jeriken plastik bekas isi bahan bakar minyak," katanya.
Saat ini, kata Santoso, para pelaku sudah diamankan di Mapolres Batanghari. " Sekarang para pelaku masih diperiksa lebih lanjut," jelasnya.
Diceritakan Kapolres, sebelumnya sekira pukul 14.30 Wib bertempat di Kantor PT. REKI desa Bungku, kecamatan Bajubang, kabupaten Batanghari telah dilaksanakan kegiatan Apel Kosolidasi persiapan Penegakan Hukum terhadap para pelaku perambah/pembakar hutan pok Nadeak cs di areal konsesi PT REKI.
Kegiatan Apel Kosolidasi dipimpin langsung oleh Kapolres Batanghari didampinggi oleh Danramil Muarabulian beserta jajaran Polres Batanghari, Manager Perindungan PT. REKI - Hutan Harapan Rainforest dan Personil yang terlibat dalam Sprint sebanyak 68 orang ditambah 10 orang.
Sekira pukul 15.00 Wib dilakukan penegakan hukum terhadap para pelaku perambah dan pembakar lahan hutan di areal Konsesi PT. Reki desa Bungku, kecamatan Bajubang.
Dalam kegiatan diamankan sebanyak 22 orang diantaranya, Saringok Pasaribu, Gaedon Master Manurung, Aliandro Malau, Andre Marbun, Suroso, Efi Nainggolan, Johan Maju Nainggolan Marjohan Butar Butar Burhanudin Nainggolan, Ruben Nainggolan, Sri Susanto Tumanggor, Gilbert Pandiangan, Donalianto Nainggolan, Jimer Tampubolon, Erwin Nainggolan, Wilker Situmorang, Parsaoran Sitinjak, Binter Manurang, Putra Sihotang, Ramli Situmorang, Sahat Bul Nainggolan dan Rj Sampurna Marbun.
" BB yang diamankan berupa bibit tanaman kelapa sawit, b eberapa unit mesin chainsaw merek New West, kayu bekas terbakar dan 4 buah Derigen plastik bekas isi bbm. Para pelaku merupakan masyarakat pendatang dari luar daerah. P ara pelaku telah di amankan di Mako polres Batanghari," beber Kapolres.
Selanjutnya sekitar pukul 20.00 wib telah datang kurang lebih 30 orang yang menanyakan dan meminta untuk di bebaskan. Setelah dilakukan negosiasi dan di jelaskan masyarakat paham dan kembali ke rumah masing-masing," pungkasnya. (mon)
