MUARABULIAN – Seyogyanya mulai September tahun 2019 ini, bantuan beras sejahtera (Rastra) dari pemerintah pusat yang diubah menjadi bantuan pangan non tunai (BPNT) sudah mulai disalurkan. Namun memasuki akhir bulan ini BPNT tersebut, belum bisa direalisasikan oleh pemerintah kepada rumah tangga sasaran penerima manfaat (RTSPM) di Batanghari.
Hal itu dikarenakan pihak Dinas Sosial Batanghari amsih melakukan validasi data penerima KKS BPNT yang tidak termasuk dalam penerima PKH.
Ini diakui Kepala Dinas Sosial kabupaten Batanghari, Fauzan Azhari melalui Sudirman Saufie selaku Kabid Perlindungan Sosial, saat di konfirmasi media ini, Kamis (26/9/2019).
“ Saat ini BPNT itu belum bisa disalurkan, karena kita masih melakukan validasi data penerima manfaat. Karena dari 13.700 penerima manfaat itu ada yang penerima PKH dan tidak. Dimana penerima PKH yang juga menerima BPNT itu kan sudah ada kartunya, sementara yang tidak menerima PKH belum ada dan ada penerima PKH yang keluar, sehingga data penerimanya harus kita validkan lagi, agar tidka salah data,” terang Sudirman.
Sudirman mengaku bahwa BPNT tersebut nanatinya akan dirapel. Artinya penerima manfaat akan menerima BPNT untuk dua bulan, yakni bulan September dan Oktober 2019,” jelasnya.
Sebelumnya Sudirman mengatakan, bantuan tersebut tidak lagi berupa beras melainkan uang tunai sebesar Rp 110 ribu per rumah tangga sasaran penerima manfaat (RTSPM). Penerima bantuan nantinya akan menukarkan uang dalam bentuk kartu KKS itu dengan beras dan atau telur di e-warung. E-warung ini dibentuk di tiap kecamatan dalam kabupaten Batanghari.
Dikabupaten Batanghari akan ada 65 titik e-warung. Untuk penentuan titik transaksi e-Warung ini langsung dari Bank BRI. Dan saat ini pihak Dinas Sosial masih menunggu percetakan kartu KKS dari Kanwil BRI Palembang. Kalau BRI sini sudah siap,” ujar Sudirman.
Lebih jauh Sudirman mengatakan, pemerintah akan membangun 65 titik e-warung atau layanan warung non-tunai di kabupaten Batanghari. Adapun e-warung ini merupakan warung yang menyalurkan bantuan pangan non tunai (BPNT) bagi para RTSPM. Warga bisa mendapatkan bahan pokok dalam BPNT melalui transaksi non-tunai. Dimana jumlah keluarga penerima manfaat, di kabupaten Batanghari sebanyak 13.700 kepala keluarga,” katanya.
Sudirman menjelaskan, saldo yang ada di KKS itu bisa dibelanjakan di e-warung tempatnya terdaftar. Dengan mekanisme tersebut, bantuan dari pemerintah tidak lagi disalurkan ke masyarakat dalam bentuk uang tunai, melainkan berupa bantuan bahan pokok. Beberapa komoditas yang dapat dibeli di e-warung seperti beras dan telur.
Pemerintah Batanghari menyalurkan BPNT untuk 13.700 KPM yang terdiri dari KPM penerima PKH dan KPM penerima beras sejahtera murni.mon )
