Pelaku penipuan saat diamankan Tim Sultan Polres Tebo...
MUARATEBO - Tim Sultan Polres Tebo, Jum'at (04/10/2019) sekira pukul 15:00 wib mengungkap pelaku tindak pidana penipuan dengan cara menjual tanah yang bukan miliknya kepada pembeli.
Pelaku ialah Tukijo Al Rifa'i (39) warga Desa Mengupeh, Kec. Tengah Ilir, Kab Tebo. Tim Sultan menangkap pelaku saat ia (pelaku,red) dirumah keponakan nya di Desa Neknang Kecamatan Bakam, Kabupaten Bangka, Provinsi Bangka Belitung.
Aksi penipuan itu terjadi pada tanggal 13 April 2018 silam. Pelaku menawarkan sebidang tanah perkebunan seluas kurang lebih 2 Hektar di yang berlokasi di Rt 12 Dusun Niam Bulian Desa Mengupeh Kec Tengah Ilir kab. Tebo untuk di jual kepada Pelapor Sariman (57) melalui via Hand Phone.
Dan pada tanggal 20 April 2018 sekira pukul 08.35 Wib Pelapor membayar uang untuk pembelian sebidang tanah perkebunan tersebut sebesar Rp 35.000.000, melalui Bank BRI dengan tujuan No. Rekening 5725xxxxxxxxxxx dengan inisial SM.
Seminggu kemudian pelapor membayar lagi sisa pembayaran untuk pembelian sebidang tanah perkebunan tersebut melalui Bank BRI dengan Nomor Rekening tujuan yang sama sebesar Rp.15.000.000,- dan pembayaran yang terakhir langsung di bayarkan oleh istri pelapor sebesar Rp. 500.000,- dengan cara datang lansung kerumah Terlapor.
Pada tanggal 09 Juni 2019 sauadara Wiro (pemilik tanah) mengakui tanah perkebunan yang di beli oleh Pelapor itu adalah miliknya dengan alasan Sertifikat tanah perkebunan tersebut sudah sudah di gadaikan ke Bank BRI untuk jaminan pinjaman uang
Atas kejadian tersebut Pelapor mengalami kerugian sekitar Rp. 50.500.000,-selanjutnya Peristiwa tersebut di laporkan ke Polres Tebo untuk ditindak lanjuti.
Dari pengakuan Wiro, sebelumnya ia meminta kepada pelaku untuk menjaga tanah yang sudah ditananami kelapa sawit. Setelah dirinya meminta pelaku menjaga kebunnya, ia pergi merantau selama 1 tahun. Pulang dari merantau ia mendapat informasi tanah yang ia titipkan tersebut telah dijual pelaku.
Terkait laporan itu, Tim Sultan yang dipimpin oleh BRIPKA NURMAI IRPAN ASROPI A langsung bergerak cepat dan mendapatkan laporan bahwa pelaku melarikan diri ke Provinsi Bangka Belitung. Dan menurut informasi itu, pelaku berada di rumah keponakan nya di Desa Desa Neknang Kec. Bakam, Kab. Bangka, Prov. Bangka Belitung.
Kapolres Tebo AKBP Zainal Arrahman, S.I.K melalui Kasat Reskrim AKP Muhammad Reidho Syawaluddin Taufan, saat dikonfirmasi membenarkan adanya penangkapan terhadap pelaku. Pelaku berhasil diamankan di rumah keponakan nya di Bangka Belitung.
" Kita berhasil mengamankan pelaku penipuan yang menjual sebidang tanah bukan miliknya. Pelaku dikenakan Pasal dalam UU yg diterapkan yaitu Pasal 378KUHPidana," ujar Kasat.
Dari tangan pelaku, Tim Sultan berhasil mengamankan sejumlah barang bukti (BB) berupa 2 (dua) buah buku tabungan BANK BRI simpedes dan 4(empat)buah kartu ATM BANK BRI. Yang diduga sebagai alat untuk transaksi pembayaran.
" Setelah ditangkap, tersangka dibawa ke Polsek Bakam guna dilakukan penyidikan. Tersangka kini sudah kita bawa ke Polres Tebo untuk guna pemeriksaan lebih lanjut," pungkasnya. (Zie)
