MUARABULIAN - Empat orang perampok bersenjata api Kamis (10/10/2019) lalu melakukan perampokan terhadap tauke getah karet bernama Darmiono  di desa Koto Boyo, kecamatan Batin XXIV, kabupaten Batanghari, diringkus pihak kepolisian.

Keempat pelaku atas nama Ari Anggara (32) warga desa Rantau Gadang, kecamatan Karang Dapo, Kabupaten Muratara, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel),l dan Supriyanto (34) warga Desa Sungai Baung, kecamatan Musirawas, kabupaten Muratara, Provinsi Sumsel.

Kemudian Rahman Pendi (46) warga desa Bukit Senang, kecamatan Karimun, kabupaten Tanjung Balai Karimun, Provinsi Kepulauan Riau dan Maulidi (42) warga desa Pantai Kecamatan Rupit, kabupaten Muratara, Provinsi Susel.

" Mereka kita ringkus di lokasi berbeda. Penangkapan juga melibatkan anggota kepolisian dari Sarolangun," kata Kapolres Batanghari, AKBP Mohammad Santoso, Sabtu (12/10/2019).

Kepada media Kapolres menuturkan, keempat pelaku memiliki peran berbeda. Dimana Supriyanto memiliki peran sebagai tukang hambar atau orang yang mencari sasaran untuk dirampok.

Sementara Ari Anggara berperan sebagai sopir dan pada saat kejadian mengenakan baju kaos polisi. Sedangkan Rahmat Pendi dan Maulidi berperan sebagai eksekutor," uajrnya.

Kapolres berujar, saat kejadian korban tengah bersama dengan Muslikin. Keduanya tengah mengendarai mobil Suzuki Carry nopol BH 9709 AO dari arah desa Simpang Karmeo menuju desa Koto Boyo dengan maksud untuk menimbang gerah karet masyarakat.

Setibanya di jalan Dusun Manceleng, desa Koto Boyo, kecamatan Batin XXIV, tiga orang pelaku langsung beraksi. Mereka menghentikan mobil korban dan mengaku sebagai anggota kepolisian yang tengah melakukan razia narkoba.

Para pelaku langsung menggeledah mobil korban dan menyuruh korban keluar dari mobilnya. Selanjutnya badan korban digeledah dan spontan korban langsung dipaksa masuk kedalam mobil pelaku dengan.

" Pelaku sempat mengatakan akan menembak korban jika melawan. Kemudian korban diborgol oleh pelaku," terang Santoso.

Namun saat akan diborgil Muslikin berhasil kabur. Begitu juga dengan Darmiono, yang langsung kabur setelah borgol di tangannya terlepas. Setelah menendang pintu mobil pelaku, Darmiono langsung kabur ke arah pondok warga tidak jauh dari lokasi kejadian.

Salah seorang pelaku sempat berupaya mengejar Darmiono, namun tidak berhasil. Para pelaku kemudian kabur menuju arah Kabupaten Sarolangun.

Oleh korban, kejadian tersebut dilaporkan kepada saksi Firdaus, yang kemudian meneruskan informasi tersebut kepada saksi Kurniawan alias Buyung. Oleh Buyung, kejadian ini lantas dilaporkan ke Polsek Batin XXIV. Ia menyampaikan jika pelaku menggunakan mobik Daihatsu Sigra nopol BG 1623 PD.

Setelah mendapatkan laporan, petugas Polsek Batin XXIV melakukan penyetopan mobil yang diduga pelaku didepan Mako Polsek Bathin XXIV. Namun saat di stop, mobil tersebut berhasil kabur.

Tembakan peringatan yang dilepaskan petugas juga tidak diindahkan pelaku. Petugas akhirnya mengarahkan tembakan ke arah mobil pelaku sambil melakukan pengejaran hingga mobil pelaku masuk ke dalam ke areal perkebunan PT. Kedaton Durian Luncuk.

Namun saat mobil berhasil ditemukan sedangkan pelaku berhasil kabur. Saat itu ditemukan barang-barang milik pelaku di dalam mobil berupa senjata tajam dan barang bukti lainnya. Karena pelaku tidak ditemukan, petugas Polsek Batin XXIV berkerja sama dengan Tim Buser Polres Batanghari, anggota Polsek Mandiangin melakukan penyisiran ke dalam hutan namun pelaku tidak ditemukan," terang Santoso.

Santoso mengatakan, penangkapan keempat pelaku bermula sekira pukul 07.00 WIB, Jumat (11/10/2019), saat pihaknya mendapat informasi dari warga ada orang yang dicurigai menumpang mobil di Jalan lintas Batin XXIV-Sarolangun, tepatnya di Km 30 Jerambah Ruap.

Mendapat informasi tersebut, anggota Polsek Batin XXIV langsung menghubungi anggota Polsek Pauh untuk dilakukan penyetopan mobil yang ditumpangi oleh pelaku. Akhirnya anggota Polsek Pauh berhasil menangkap dua orang pelaku, yakni Maulidi dan Supriyanto.

"Setelah dilakukan pengambangan, pelaku atas nama Ari Anggara dan Rahman Pendi berhasil ditangkap di kawasan Pasar Mandiangin, dengan dibantu pihak kepolisian setempat," terang Santoso.

Dikatakannya lagi, saat ini keempat pelaku beserta barang bukti diamankan di Mapolsek Batin XXIV guna proses lebih lanjut. " Pelaku dijerat dengan pasal 365 ayat (1) dan (2) ke-2 KUHP," pungkasnya
