Tanjabbar - Taman wisata Ancol Beach Kuala Tungkal, merupakan aset milik Pemkab Tanjabbar yang kondisinya kini terbangkalai tanpa ada perawatan dari pemerintah daerah.
Rajiun Sitohang kepala Badan Pengelola Keuangan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Tanjabbar, saat dikonfirmasi mengatakan, memang aset Pemkab Tanjabbar taman Ancol Beach. Saat ini tidak terurus.
Dirinya mengakui, secara pribadi sampai saat ini masih mempelajari bagaimana kerjasama nya Antar Pemkab dengan pihak Pelindo. Dan pemkab juga masih akan melihat perkembangan lebih lanjut, untuk mencari solusi yang lebih baik.
" Kita masih akan mempelajari, Bagaimana aset kita (Ancol Beach), sampai dibangun ditanah orang." Ujar Rajiun.
Diakuinya, Pemkab sengaja tidak melakukan diperbaikkan. Dikarenakan taman Ancol Beach, Diangap tidak pontisial sebagai sumber- sumber pendapatan.
" Kalau kita lihat dengan kasat mata sekarang ini tidak ada manfaatnya, mana ada penghasilan dari Ancol Beach, lampunya saja sudah Rusak semua yang sudah lama terbangkalai." Sebutnya.
Lebih lanjut dikatakannya, dikarenakan telah dibangun dilahan orang lain. Dengan menghabiskan dana milyaran rupiah, kata rajiun belum tentu juga mereka (Pelindo) dengan mudah mau menyerahkan kepada Pemkab.
" Andaikata mereka mau menyerahkan kepada Pemkab, Tentu akan dilihat dulu, artinya andai itu nanti diserahkan kepada kita , toh tidak mungkin menyerahkan begitu saja karena mereka ini BUMN, kalau BUMN itu setahu saya pasti mereka sistim jual." Jelasnya.
Ia menyebut, selain akan mempelajari lebih lanjut, Pemkab nantinya juga akan lihat apakah berpotensi sekalikah sumber pendapatan dan peningkatan PAD nya. Apabila betul-betul dikelolah dengan baik.
" Apabila memungkinkan kita pertahankan akan kita pertahankan, tentu kalau itu dipertahankan untuk apa, yang jelas tujuan kita untuk sumber pendapatan daerah. Namun pontisial kah itu dalam pendapat daerah, akan kita pelajari, setelah kita angap itu ada pontisial akan kita beri masukan kepada bapak bupati." Bebernya.
Kata Rajiun, pihak Dispora selaku pengguna akan lebih tahu terhadap Ancol Beach dan dimanfaatkan untuk apa selama ini." Dispora selaku penguna, sedangkan kami cuma Pengelola." Tutupnya.
Sementara, Kepala Dinas Disporabudpar Tanjabbar, Otto Riadi sebelumnya pernah dimintai tanggapan terkait hal ini dan dirinya sempat berkilah. Dengan alasan jika upaya perawatan tak disetujui oleh angota dewan Tanjabar.
" Sudah kita upayakan pengajuan perawatan, akan tetapi tidak di setujui oleh DPRD." Akuinya.
Sejak tahun 2016, kata Otto tidak lagi mengajukan perbaikan ke dewan lantaran tidak mendapat respon dari DPRD terdahulu
" Untuk DPRD sekarang kita harap ada sedikit upaya perawatan. Taman Ancol Beach ini merupakan properti daerah yang layak di perhatikan." Sebutnya.
Terpisah, ketua DPRD Tanjabbar Mulyani.SH, mengaku siap melakukan perubahan wajah Tanjabbar, selagi itu menguntungkan bagi Kabupaten Tanjabbar pihaknya dalam hal siap untuk diperjuangkan.
" Dengan catatan, pihak terkait melakukan kajian- kajian, bisa menghasilkan PAD dan menguntungkan untuk daerah tidak, kalau iya silahkan ajukan." Tegas Mulyani
