Tersangka curanmor dan penadahnya saat diamankan Tim Sultan Polres Tebo...
MUARATEBO - Aksi pencurian sepeda motor (Curanmor) diwilayah hukum Polres Tebo beberapa hari ini marak. Alhasil, Rabu (23/10/2019) pagi sekira pukul 08:00 wib Tim Sultan Polres Tebo meringkus 1 orang pelaku curanmor beserta 2 orang penadah nya.
Para pelaku ialah Nasri (30) warga Desa Pagar Puding Dusun Lamo Kecamatan Serai Serumpun, Iskandar (43) Desa Tambun Arang Sebrang, Kecamatan Sumay dan Amri (44) warga Desa Tambunarang Sebrang Kecamatan Sumay Kabupaten Tebo. Ketiga orang tersangka ini ditangkap di tempat berbeda.
Terungkapnya aksi curanmor ini atas laporan korban a.n Wajir yang beralamat di rt 12 dsa jambu.kec.tebo ulu dengan Laporan Polisi Nomor : LP / B - 12 / X / 2019/ Jambi / Res Tebo / Sektor Tebo ulu, Tanggal 22 Oktober 2019. Yang kehilangan spm Honda Supra X warna hitam tanpa nopol dengan Nosin. KEVAE-1233OOO dan No Ka . MH1KEVA123K236215.
Atas laporan itu, anggota Polres Tebo sekira pukul 07.30 wib mendapatkan informasi diduga tersangka sedang sarapan pagi di kantin depan RSUD Sultan Thaha Syaifuddin Tebo.
Takut buruannya kabur, Tim Sultan yang dipimpin oleh anggota Sultan BRIPKA NURMAI IRPAN ASROPI A langsung bergerak menuju TKP. Dan sekitar pukul 08.00 wib melakukan pengintaian dan langsung mengamankan terhadap diduga tersangka Nasri itu.
Terkait penangkapan tersangka, Kapolres Tebo AKBP Zainal Arrahman, melalui Kasat Reskrim AKP Muhammad Reidho Syawaluddin Taufan saat dikonfirmasi harian ini membenarkan sudah melakukan penangkapan pelaku curanmor.
" Benar, kita mengamankan tersangka pencurian sepeda motor saat saat lagi sarapan di warung makan depan RSUD Tebo," kata Kasat, Rabu (23/10/2019).
Selanjutnya, kata kasat, pihaknya melakukan interogasi terhadap diduga tersangka bahwa 1 unit spm Honda Supra X warna hitam tanpa nopol dengan Nosin. KEVAE-1233OOO dan No Ka . MH1KEVA123K236215 tersebut telah di gadai kepada Iskandar.
" Pelaku mengaku bahwa motor yang ia curi sudah digadaikan ke penada Iskandar," jelas Kasat.
Dari pengembangan tersebut, Tim Sultan langsung menuju kediaman Iskandar dan berhasil mengamankan diduga tersangka tersebut. Dari hasil interogasi bahawa SPM Honda Supra X warna hitam tersebut telah di bayar oleh Amri.
Selanjutnya, Polisi langsung mencari keberadaan tersangka Amri dan langsung melakukan penangkapan. Dari tangan para tersangka, polisi berhasil menyita barang bukti hasil cutian berupa satu unit spm Honda Supra X warna hitam tanpa nopol dengan Nosin. KEVAE-1233OOO dan No Ka . MH1KEVA123K236215.
Kemudian ketiga diduga tersangka tersebut langsung dibawa ke Mako Polres Tebo guna penyidikan lebih lanjut. " Tersangka kita kenakan Pasal 363 KUHPidana dan 480 KUHPidana," tutup Kasat. (Zie)
