Pelaku pembunuhan di kecamatan VII Koto akhirnya tertangkap...
Tersangka bernama Mulyadi (22) tahun, warga desa Tanjung, kecamatan VII Koto ini ditangkap saat hendak melarikan diri menuju perbatasan Padang, tepatnya di desa Sumalidu, kecamatan Koto Baru, kabupaten Damasraya.
Penangkapan tersangka berawal saat Tim Sultan dan Anggota Polsek VII Koto hendak ke lokasi penenuman mayat. Di dalam perjalanan, polisi mendapatkan informasi diduga tersangka pembunuhan melarikan diri menuju perbatasan Padang. Kemudian dari informasi tersebut, tim langsung bergerak dan berhasil menangkap tersangka.
Kapolres Tebo, AKBP Zainal Arrahman melalui Kasat Reskrim, AKP M. Reidho Syawaluddin Taufan membenarkan bahwa pihaknya mengamankan tersangka yang diduga pelaku pembunuhan.
" Diduga tersangka kita tangkap saat melarikan diri ke arah perbatasan Padang," kata Kasat.
Pada saat ditangkap dan dilakukan introgasi, pelaku mengaku bahwa sekitar pukul 10:00 wib dirinya melihat seorang pria yang tidak dikenal sedang didalam pondok warga milik Pak Wisle. Diduga korban hendak mengambil sesuatu (mencuri) didalam pondok.
Pada saat tersangka berada didepan pintu pondok tersebut, tersangka terjatuh didorong oleh korban. Saat tersangka tersebut jatuh, korban langsung mengeluarkan pisau dan ingin menusuk Mulyadi (Pelaku) pada saat itulah terjadi duel antara Mulyadi dan korban.
Pada saat perkelahian tersebut, Mulyadi menusuk korban menggunakan pisau yang dibawa oleh korban. Setelah terjadi perkelahian (penusukan tersebut) korban sempat lari ke arah yang tidak diketahui arahnya oleh Mulyadi.
" Pelaku ngaku kalau ia sempat diserang duluan oleh korban, namun korban kalah duel dengan pelaku," jelas Kasat.
Kasat bilang, pelaku masih dalam pemeriksaan di Polsek VII Koto. Sementara, mayat yang ditemukan tewas masih dalam penyelidikan.
" Atas perbuatannya, pelaku dikenakan Pasal 351 ayat 3 KUHP tentang tindak pidana penganiayaan yang menyebabkan nyawa orang lain hilang," pungkas Kasat.(Zie)
