BATANGHARINEWS.COM - kasus dugaan penyelewengan Dana Desa (DD) Rambutan Masam tahun 2018 untuk rehab lapangan sepak bola di desa setempat.
" Hingga hari ini belum ada mereka kembalikan uang tersebut," kata Kepala Inspektorat Batanghari, Mukhlis, kepada media kemarin.
Mukhlis berujar, jika batas waktu yang ditentukan uang belum dikembalikan, maka proses hukum akan berlanjut ke tingkat berikutnya.
" Lanjutlah ke tingkat selanjutkan, karena ini kepentingan masyakarat. Kita harus profesional dan tentunya masyakarat yang kita prioritaskan," tegas Mukhlis.
" Kami masih menunggu pihak Inspektorat Batanghari. Kalau belum juga dikembalikan uang itu, kami akan lapor itu ke pihak Polres Batanghari, apalagi saat ini sudah terang benderang angka kerugiannya," kata Solihan warga Rambutan Masam kepada media, Minggu (17/11/2019).
Diberitakan belum lama ini, bahwa kasus dugaan penyelewengan Dana Desa (DD) Rambutan Masam, kecamatan Muaratembesi, kabupaten Batanghari untuk rehab lapangan sepak bola di desa setempat pada tahun 2018 lalu, menemukan titik terang berdasarkan hasil audit yang dilakukan Inspektorat kabupaten Batanghari. Dimana elah ditemukan kerugian Negara dari penggunaan DD untuk rehab lapangan sepak bola di desa Rambutan Masam lebih kurang sebesar Rp 49 juta dari total dana Rp 150 juta.
“ Berdasarkan hasil audit ditemukan kerugian negara kurang lebih Rp 49 juta,” kata Mukhlis, kepada media saat jumpa pers di Inspektorat Batanghari.
Saat itu, Mukhlis menekankan bahwa pihak desa, dalam hal ini Kepala Desa yang menjabat saat itu harus bertanggung jawab untuk mengembalikan uang negara ke Kas Desa. Dimana yang bersangkutan diberi batas waktu untuk mengembalikan kerugian Negara tersebut selama kurang lebih 60 hari. Jika dalam waktu lebih kurang selama 60 hari yang bersangkutan tidak bisa mengembalikan kerugian Negara tersebut, maka kasus tersebut akan dilimpahkan kepada pihak Kepolisian atau pihak Kejaksaan.
“ Jika dalam tempo 60 hari tidak bisa mengembalikan uang, maka kita limpahkan kepada ke Kepolisian atau Kejaksaan,” tegas Mukhlis.
Mukhlis menjelaskan, kasus DD Rambutan Masam sebesar Rp 150 juta untuk rehab lapangan bola di desa setempat yang dilaporkan oleh sejumlah warga beberapa waktu lalu, mendapatkan titik terang setelah berdasarkan hasil investigasi pihaknya kelapangan.
Bahkan saat ini pihaknya tengah melakukan audit final dan pada hari Selasa 10-9-2019 pihaknya juga melakukan ekspos internal. Muchlis juga menjelaskan, semua pihak yang terlibat dalam penggunaan DD ini sudah diperiksa dan pihaknya menemukan dugaan mark up,” kata Mukhlis.(*)
