Polisi saat amankan tersangka....
Pengungkapan kasus ini berawal adanya laporan warga dengan Laporan Polisi Nomor : LP/A-127/XI/2019/JMB/RES TEBO Tanggal 27 November 2019. Berbekal informasi tersebut, Tim Sultan melakukan penyelidikan dan berhasil mengamankan tersangka MT(40) dirumahnya yang beralamat di RT.01 Desa Tanjung Pucuk Jambi kecamatan VII Koto, kabupaten Tebo.
Kemudian Tim gabungan Opsnal Satreskrim dan Opsnal Satresnarkoba Polres Tebo melakukan penggeledahan dan ditemukan barang bukti, yang di saksikan para saksi serta diakui kepemilikannya oleh diduga tersangka.
Dari tangan tersangka, polisi berhasil menyita sejumlah barang bukti (BB) berupa 2 (dua) paket besar diduga shabu seberat bruto 3,87 gram, 4 (empat) paket kecil diduga shabu seberat bruto 0,76, 1 (satu) buah sendok pipet, 2 (dua) plastik klip bekas, 1 (satu) pak plastik klip baru, 1 (satu) buah kotak warna putih merk fortuner, 1 (satu) buah gunting, 1 (satu) unit hp vivo warna hitam, 1 (satu) unit hp vivo warna biru, 1 (satu) hp nokia warna hitam, 1 (satu) hp lipat warna hitam dan 1 (satu) unit hp nokia warna biru.
Atas pengungkapan kasus ini, Kapolres Tebo AKBP Zainal Arrahman melalui Kasat Narkoba IPTU P. Sagala saat dikonformasi membenarkan atas penangkapan tersangka penyalahgunaan Narkoba jenis Shabu.
" Ya tadi kita berhasil mengamankan tersangka tindak pidana Narkotika. Tersangka kita tangkap dirumahnya," kata Kasat, Kamis (28/11/2019).
Dari pengakuan tersangka, lanjut Kasat, pelaku ini adalah oknum wartawan terbit mingguan yang kerap meresahkan warga sekitar karena nyambi jual Narkoba jenis Shabu. Selanjutnya, Tim Sultan langsung membawa tersangka beserta barang bukti dan ke mako Polres Tebo guna penyidikan lebih lanjut.
" Atas perbuatannya tersangka ini dijerat dengan Pasal dalam UU yg diterapkan dengan Pasal 114 ayat (1) dan atau Pasal 112 ayat (1) UU RI nomor 35 tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika," pungkas Kasat. (Zie)
