BATANGHARINEWS.COM - Bertempat di Hotel Aston Jambi pada Kamis (28/11/2019) kemarin, pimpinan dan anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) kabupaten Batanghari ikuti Bimbingan Teknis/Workshop tahun 2019.
Bimbingan teknis ini dalam rangka peningkatan kapasitas pimpinan dan anggota DPRD Batanghari dalam pelaksanaan tugas-tugas konstitusional dilembaga DPRD kabupaten Batanghari.
Bimbingan teknis ini tentang pelaksanaan tugas pokok dan fungsi (Tupoksi) DPRD dan tata cara penyusunan APBD.
Bimbingan teknis ini diselenggarakan oleh Asosiasi Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Kabupatan Seluruh Indonesia (ADKASI) dan dibuka secara langsung oleh Ketua ADKASI yang diwakili oleh Pengurus ADKASI, Ismail ST.MT.
Pengurus ADKASI, Ismail ST dalam sambutannya mengatakan, bahwa pelaksanaan bimbingan teknis dalam rangka peningkatan kapasitas pimpinan dan anggota DPRD sangat penting dilakukan.
Pelaksanaan bimbingan teknis ini, tidak terukur akhir jabatan atau pertengahan jabatan atau awal jabatan.
Untuk itu, kata Ismail semua anggota DPRD Batanghari harus memahami persis bagaimana sistem penyusunan yang baik seperti apa? Bagaimana pola yang dipakai untuk penyusunan, mana peraturan yang sesuai ketentuan,” katanya.
Sementara itu Wakil Ketua DPRD Batanghari, Ilhamudin mengucapkan ribuan terimakasih kepada ADKASI. Mudah-mudahan ini awal yang baik, karena ini merupakan tugas dan tanggung jawab Dewan kedepannya.
Pada kesempatan itu, Ilhamudin juga memaparkan kondisi kabupatan Batanghari mulai berdiri hingga luas wilayahnya, jumlah anggota DPRD Batanghari saat ini, jumlah partai dan Komisi yang ada di DPRD kabupaten Batanghari dan lainnya.
Ilhamudin juga menghimbau kepada seluruh anggota DPRD Batanghari untuk dapat belajar guna menambah wawasan dan kapasitas kita selaku anggota DPRD Batanghari.
"Marilah kita sama-sama belajar guna meningkatkan kapasitas bagi pimpinan dan anggota DPRD kabupaten Batanghari," ajak Ilhamudin.
Untuk diketahui dalam kesempatan itu bertindak selaku pemateri yakni guru besar IPDN Pusat bapak dr Dadang Suwanda, SE, MM, M.Ak, CA.
Dimana materi yang disampaikan saat itu, yakni terkait optimalisasi tugas dan fungsi DPRD sebagai unsur penyelenggara negara berdasarkan PP Nomor 12 tahun 2018 tentang tata tertib DPRD. Dan pedoman penyusunan APBD tahun 2020 merujuk Permendagri Nomor 33 tahun 2019.
Untuk diketahui bimbingan teknis peningkatan kapasitas pimpinan dan anggota DPRD Batanghari ini berlangsung selama tiga hari, yakni sejak 28-30 November 2019. (adv)
