BATANGHARINEWS.COM, MUARABULIAN – Berdasarkan rilis Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) kabupaten Batanghari tahun 2019, program-program pengentasan kemiskinan seperti pemberian Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) melalui penerima bantuan iuran (PBI) APBD kabupaten Batanghari, telah mampu mengurangi persentase penduduk miskin di kabupaten Batanghari.
Angka tersebut dapat dilihat dari penurunan persentase penduduk miskin tahun 2016 sebesar 10,79 persen, tahun 2017 sebesar 10,33 persen dan pada tahun 2018 sebesar 10,23 persen, dan dalam kurun waktu 7 tahun terakhir, angka persentase penduduk miskin di kabupaten Batanghari tahun 2019 berada pada angka 1 digit, yaitu 9,75 persen.
Hal ini disampaikan Bupati Batanghari, Ir. Syahirsah, SY pada Raker Penyelenggaraan Kabupaten/Kota Sehat (KKS) kabupaten Batanghari tahun 2019 kemarin.
Saat itu Bupati Batanghari bilang, capaian tersebut menggambarkan bahwa strategir percepatan penanggulangan kemiskinan melalui kebijakan Mikro pengurangan beban kesehatan melalui bantuan social JKN PBI APBD, sangat linier dan efektif dalam menurunkan persentase penduduk miskin dan dapat mensejahterahkan masyarakat kabupaten Batanghari,” kata Bupati.
Bupati mengaku, pemerintah kabupaten Batanghari juga akan selalu konsisten menjalankan urusan wajib pemerintah pada program pelayanan dasar bidang kesehatan melalui program Batanghari Sejahtera.
“Kita akan selalu memberikan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional sekaligus bentuk integrasi program Nasional dan Daerah melalui skema Penerima Bantuan Iuran (PBI) APBD kabupaten Batanghari,” katanya.
Program JKN PBI APBD ini merupakan salah satu dari empat program dalam program Batanghari Sejahtera. Insyaallah PBI APBD ini akan terus kita lanjutkan,” kata Bupati.
