Pembangunan Jembatan Tanjung Jabung Barat 16 Milyar Tak Dapat Difungsikan
KUALATUNGKAL -Jembatan dengan nilai kontrak kerja sebesar kurang lebih 16 milyar bersumber dari dana APBD Provinsi Tahun 2019 hingga hari ini belum dapat di fungsikan. Sementara kondisi jembatan yang di gunakan sebagai jalur lintas sudah dalam kondisi miring.
Proyek jembatan dinas PUPR provinsi Jambi yang berlokasi di kecamatan Bram itam kabupaten Tanjab Barat sampi hari ini belum dapat di lewati pengguna jalan. Sementara proyek tersebut adalah program dinas PUPR provinsi Tahun anggaran 2019 lalu.
Pantauan di lapangan, warga yang melintas di jalan provinsi lintas kecamatan menuju Kualatungkal ini masih menggunakan jembatan darurat untuk menyebrangi sungai Bram itam. Sementara kondisi jembatan darurat sudah sangat memprihatinkan, pasalnya sebagian badan jembatan darurat sudah dalam kondisi miring.
Hal itu dikeluhkan warga yang melintas di jalur ini. '' Negeri juga kita pada saat melintas, apa lagi kami yang mengendarai roda 4 takutnya jembatan roboh karna tidak kuat menahan beban," sebut nya.
Warga juga berharap jembatan yang baru di Bangun dapat secepatnya dilalui, "jika memang proyek ini tidak bermasalah tentu nya kita berharap secepatnya bisa di lalui, apa lagi kondisi cuaca saat ini sangat beresiko melintas di jembatan darurat," harapnya.
Sebelumnya proyek jembatan yang berlokasi di kecamatan Bram itam kabupaten Tanjab Barat ini juga mendapatkan kritik tajam dari anggota komisi II DPRD Provinsi Jambi H. Abdul Hamid, SH. Menurutnya, proyek jembatan dengan nilai anggaran mencapai 16 milyar lebih dikerjakan tidak profesional.
"Proyek dengan dana sebesar itu masak menggunkan molen manual, tentunya itu akan berdampak terhadap mutu dan kualitas pekerjaan," katanya.
Menurutnya juga pihak dewan akan memanggil PUPR provinsi terkait proyek jembatan sugeng yang berlokasi di Bram itam, "dilihat kondisi yang ada di lapangan, artinya kontraktor belum siap melaksanakan pekerjaan sebesar itu, dan kita akan pertanyaan ini ke pihak PUPR, " tegasnya.
Terpisah dinas PUPR provinsi jambi melalui bidang sekretaris Ifan (15/1) kemarin saat di konfirmasi Medi ini mengatakan.
Jembatan sugeng yang ada di kecamatan Bram itam baru dapat di pungsikan sekitar tanggal 20 mendatang , "masih menunggu umur beton agar maksimal, minimal diatas tanggal 20 Januari baru dapat digunakan, dan idealnya umur beton sekitar 28 hari," terangnya.
Disinggung soal sangsi yang diberikan pihak PUPR terhadap PT. Wijaya Kusuma mandiri yang terindikasi melakukan sejumlah pelanggaran dalam melaksanakan program PUPR provinsi, "ada denda yang di bebankan pada prusahaan, soal yang lainnya tentu kita menunggu rekom dari BPK semisal ada temuan-temuan.
