BATANGHARINEWS.COM - Bupati Batanghari, Ir.H.Syahirsah,Sy Hadiri Acara Stakeholder Meeting Transformasi Perpustakaan Berbasis Inklusi Sosial dan Penyerahan Santunan Bagi Disabilitas Dan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Tahun 2020, yang dilaksanakan di Aula BP-PAUD Dan Dikmas Muara Bulian pada Kamis (30/01). Selain Bupati Ir.H.Syahirsah, Sy tampak hadir juga, Ketua Komisi I DPRD Kabupaten Batanghari, Kepala Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Batanghari, Kepala OPD dalam Pemerintahan Kabupaten Batanghari, Ketua Dekrasnada Kabupaten Batanghari, Kepala Cabang CIMB Niaga Syariah Jambi, Kepala Desa Se-Kabupaten Batanghari dan tamu undangan lainnya.
Bupati Batanghari dalam sambutannya mengatakan, sesuai Undang-Undang Nomor 43 Tahun 2007 tentang perpustakaan pasal 2 yang berbunyi, perpustakaan diselenggarakan berdasarkan azas pembelajaran sepanjang hayat, demokrasi, keadilan, keprofesionalan, keterbukaan, dan kemitraan. "Perpustakaan mengemban amanah sebagai tempat pembelajaran dan kemitraan bagi masyarakat yang dikelola secara profesional dan terbuka bagi siapa saja dari semua kalangan, sehingga dapat mewujudkan masyarakat yang berkeadilan dan dapat diukur capaian kinerja bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat, pembelajaran sepanjang hayat merupakan kunci dalam pengembangan transformasi perpustakaan berbasis inklusi sosial,"Jelasnya.
Masih dikatakan Bupati, Konsep inklusi sosial merupakan pembangunan berkesejahteraan yang melibatkan masyakat sebagai pelaku utama yang bertujuan masyarakat sejahtera, aman dan adil. Dengan perpustakaan yang proaktif dan dapat membantu individu maupun masyarakat untuk mengembangkan keterampilan dan kepercayaan diri dan dapat membantu meningkatkan jejaring sosial. "Sebagai Bupati Batanghari saya menghimbau, kepada para peserta stakeholder meeting perpustakaan berbasis inklusi sosial, untuk bersinergi dalam keterkaitannya, untuk mendukung suksesnya program transformasi perpustakaan berbasis inklusi sosial sebagai salah satu bentuk kerjasama dalam upaya mewujudkan pembangunan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat Kabupaten Batanghari,"Imbau Bupati.
