Hal tersebut pasca ia diamankan tim Satresnarkoba Polres Tanjab Barat, Senin (27/01) sekitar pukul 23:00 WIB.
Fajar ditangkap dikediamannya di Jalan Kacer, RT 11, Desa Dataran Kempas, Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi, Kabupaten Tanjab Barat. Dari tangannya, Polisi mengamankan 17 paket sabu seberat 1.000 gram bruto, 50 butir ekstasi dan uang sekitar Rp2 juta.
Kapolres Tanjab Barat, AKBP Guntur Saputro mengatakan pelaku dikenakan pasal 114 ayat (2) dan Pasal 112 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika.
“Ancaman hukuman pidana penjara paling singkat 6 tahun, paling lama 20 tahun atau seumur hidup,” ujarnya pada awak media saat konferensi pers di Mapolres Tanjab Barat yang didampingi Wakapolres Kompol Wimanto Dinata dan sejumlah perwira lainnya, Selasa (04/02).
Ia mengungkapkan, pelaku merupakan residivis pada kasus yang berbeda, yaitu melakukan pencurian dengan pemberatan dan telah lima kali melakukan transaksi narkoba.
"Hanya saja dalam jumlah kecil, dengan rata -rata seberat satu gram," paparnya.
Saat ini lanjutnya, pihak kepolisian Tanjab Barat sedang melakukan pendalaman untuk sangkutan tersangka kepada yang lain.
"Sebab tersangka sudah berulang kali melakukan hal demikian,” beber Kapolres.
Dari hasil penggeledahan langsung di rumah pelaku, lanjut Kapolres, aparat menemukan sabu lainnya yang sudah siap edar seberat 1000 gram.
"Lima puluh butir pil eksatasi merek WB serta sejumlah uang hasil dari penjualan beberapa gram sabu sebelumnya," terang Kapolres.
Ditambahkannya, dari pengakuan pelaku yang merupakan seorang karyawan swasta ini, barang tersebut diduga diperoleh dari Lapas Kelas IIB Kuala Tungkal.
"Sekarang kita masih kembangkan, mudah-mudahan bandarnya bisa kita ringkus,” tutupnya.
