- Hearing bersama Anggota Komisi I DPRD Kabupaten Batanghari dan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan ( PDK ) setempat pada Senin ( 03/02/2020 ) semakin memanas dengan adanya laporan banyaknya pihak sekolah di Kabupaten tersebut yang belum memberikan hak penuh kepada murid yang telah mengikuti Ujian serta di nyatakan Lulus dalam mengikuti ujian. Pasalnya, banyak pihak Sekolah di Batanghari yang belum menandatangani Ijazah dan SKHUN dari sekolah dimana murid tersebut menimba ilmu selama bertahun - tahun, sehingga nantinya akan menjadi masalah bagi murid yang belum mendapatkan Ijaza dan SKHUM. Camelia Puji Astuti, Aggota Komisi II DPRD Batnghari dari Fraksi Demokrat sangat menyayangkan kinerja Dinas Terkait tentang banyaknya anak di Batanghari yang tidak mempunyai Ijaza dari sekolah. "Bukan sedikit 664 anak yang tidak mendapatkan Ijazah, apa yang di kerjakan Dinas PDK selama bertahun-tahun," katanya. Dari seluruh jumlah anak yang tidak mendapatkan hak Ijaza dan SKHUM terdapat dari berbagai SD dan SMPN di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Batanghari. " Saya beri waktu selama 15 hari dari sekarang, agar dinas Terkait untuk segera memberikan hak anak yang sudah mengikuti ujian, karna masalah ini bukan sehari dua hari tapi sudah sejak tahun 2016," tambahnya. Sementara itu Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Batanghari, Agung Wihadi, mengakui kesalahan yang telah di lakukan oleh Dinas yang saat ini dalam kepemimpinanya. "Kebetulan saya baru menjabat dan tidak tahu dengan masalah ini, tapi saya akan tetap melakukan apa yang sudah menjadi kewajiban Dinas PDK. kami akan berusaha dalam waktu 15 hari ke depan masalah ini sudah selesai," jawab Agung dalam Hering tersebut.
