TANJAB BARAT - Pasca konferensi pers Polres Tanjab Barat terkait penangkapan tersangka bandar Narkoba pada Selasa (4/2), menurut Kapolres Tanjabbar, AKBP Guntur Saputro, berdasarkan pengakuan tersangka FH (24) alias Dayat, bahwa norkoba jenis Shabu seberat 1.000 gram bruto dan puluhan butir pil ekstasi diperoleh dari lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas IIB Kuala Tungkal.
Menanggapi hal ini, Kepala Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIB Kuala Tungkal, Imam Siswoyo ditemui awak media pada Rabu (5/2) mengatakan, baru mengetahui ada konfereensi pers atau press realease terkait penangkapan bandar narkoba oleh Polres Tanjabbar.
"Saya tidak mengetahui maupun mendapatkan informasi terhadap pres rilis yang menyatakan ada peredaran narkoba di balik lapas ini. Berikan kami waktu berkoordinasi dulu agar tidak terjadi permasalahan yang sama," kata Kalapas.
Meski demikian, dia mengakui jika masih ada dugaan peredaran narkoba di dalam Lapas kelas II B Kuala Tungkal tersebut.
"Saya mengakui saat ini masih ada peredaran narkoba dan HP yang masih ada pada warga binaan. Itu yang sayapun bingung? Padahal kita sudah melakukan upaya pencegahan secara maksimal," ungkapnya kepada beberapa awak media.
Adapun upaya yang sudah dilakukannya adalah sesuai SOP tidak memperbolehkan tamu membawa alat elekronik dalam bentuk apapun ke dalam lapas serta memeriksa setiap tamu yang masuk.
"Untuk HP, saya akui masih ada Napi yang menggunakan HP, tapi kita juga sudah sering melakukan penggeledahan dalam sel tahanan dan tidak ditemukan," sebut Imam Siswoyo.
Berdasarkan pengakuan Kalapas Kelas II B Kualatungkal tersebut, karena pihaknya sudah melakukan pemeriksaan maksimal terhadap tamu yang masuk maka diduga ada indikasi permainan dari pegawai dalam lapas tersebut. Terkait hal ini pihaknya minta waktu untuk berkoordinasi.
"Terimakasih atas informasinya, nanti ada waktunya kita pasang papan konferensi pers di sini, beri kami waktu untuk berkoordinasi dulu," tutupnya.
Sebelumnya, diinformasikan tersangka FH (24) alias Dayat bin Jufri, warga Desa Pematang Pauh, Kecamatan Tungkal Ulu, Kabupaten Tanjab Barat terancam hukuman mati pasca diamankan tim Satresnarkoba Polres Tanjab Barat dibantu polsek Tungkal Ulu pada Senin (27/01) sekitar pukul 23:00 WIB.
Fajar ditangkap dikediamannya di Jalan Kacer, RT 11, Desa Dataran Kempas, Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi, Kabupaten Tanjab Barat. Dari pelaku, Polisi berhasil mengamankan tas kecil yang berisi 17 paket sabu yang telah dibungkus pada plastik kecil dari total seberat 1000 gram bruto yang sagiannya sudah diedarkan, sekitar 50 butir ekstasi, uang hasil penjualan, serta barang bukti lainnya hasil penggeledahan ikut diamankan polisi.
Pihak kepolisian Resort Tanjab Barat sedang melakukan pendalaman untuk sangkutan tersangka kepada yang lain.
"Sebab tersangka sudah berulang kali melakukan hal demikian,” beber Kapolres Tanjabbar, AKBP Guntur Saputro saat press Realease, Selasa (4/2).
Dijelaskan Kapolres, dari pengakuan FH, ia mendapatkan narkoba berasal dari suplai oknum penghuni Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas) Klas IIB Kualatungkal.
"Dari pengakuan tersangka barang ini (narkoba) dia dapat suplai dari dalam lapas. Ada pihak ketiga, dari keterangan ini nanti kita akan kembangkan," jelas AKBP Guntur Saputro.
