TANJAB BARAT - Diduga minimnya pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh pihak terkait, proyek BWSS VI Pemprov Jambi kembali jadi keluhan masyarakat. Kali ini masyarakat kelurahan Tungkal Lima yang  dibuat  kecewa dari hasil pembangunan BWSS VI Provinsi Jambi ini.


Pasalnya, proyek prasarana tempat pengambilan air baku di bawah pengawasan  BWSS VI Pemprov ini  tidak berfungsi secara maksimal. Selain mengalami kerusakan, berbagai pisik bangunanya juga air yang dihasilkan berasa asin dan keruh. Padahal proyek ini baru saja rampung dibangun oleh CV. Sentral Tampines pada Bulan Desember 2019 lalu.  


Razak, salah seorang warga RT .06 Kelurahan Tungkal Lima, Kamis(27/2)  dengan tegas mengatakan sangat kecewa dan menyesal melihat hasil pembangunan tersebut. 

"Mubazir saja saya mehibahkan tanah 10x10 untuk lokasi pembanguan ini, karena mutu dan kuwalitas bangunan tidak memuaskan sesuai apa yang di harapkan warga. Kami sangat berharap dengan adanya pembangunan prasarana pengambilan air baku ini dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat kelurahan Tungkal 5 yang memang sangat kesulitan air. Padahal saat mengerjakan sumur bor mereka memakai alat yang digerakkan serba pakai mesin,tapi hasilnya sangat mengecewakan. Selain itu pada phisik bangunan sudah mengalami kerusakan diantaranya bak penampungan air bocor bahkan lantai nya mengalami keretakan dan anjlok," tuturnya.


"Berkali kali kami coba untuk menghubungi konsultan maupun pengawas dari BWSS yang hanya memberikan jawaban, nanti akan diperbaiki," ujar Razak kesal.


Hiingga hari ini kondisi bangunan tersebut belum diperbaiki dan terkesan terbengkalai. 


Terpisa Basuki selaku konsultan pengawas dari CV. Estetika Panca Sanjaya membenarkan adanya kerusakan pada bak primer. Menurutnya, jebolnya sekat bak primer disebabkan debit air yang mengalir antara bak ke bak lainnya," terang Basuki.


Angkui Basuki, terkait kerusakan tersebut pihak rekanan sudah memperbaikinya, namun saya tidak monitor lagi apakah sudah sampai perbaikannya ke Tungkal V atau belum. Ia gak tahu karena pembangunan prasarana air ini ada 8 titik dan informasnya kerusakan terjadi di 3 lokasi. 


"Sekarang saya tidak mengawasinya karena masa pengerjaannya telah selesai," jelas Basuki. Saat ditanyakan berapa anggaran persatu unitnya? Basuki tidak mau menjawab melalui telepon dan Ia menganjurkan ketemuan saja.


Terkait hal ini Lurah Tungkal V,  Efendi SH membenarkan adanya kerusakan itu. Namun Ia juga menegaskan bahwa pihak rekanan tidak pernah menemuinya terkait pembangunan itu. Kami sangat berharap bangunan ini dapat bermanfaat dan berfungsi dengan baik, apalagi dalam waktu dekat ini kami akan mengadakan MTQ tingkat kabupaten di kelurahan ini. Jadi memang ketersediaan sarana air baku sangatlah kami butuhkan untuk para tamu dan kafilah yang akan mengikuti kegiatan MTQ nanti.


Harapan kami pihak rekanan ataupun BWSS agar secepatnya memperbaikinya sehingga sampai pada masa hajatan MTQ sudah dapat kami gunakan," tandasnya.
