MUARABULIAN - Bupati Batanghari, Ir. H. Syahirsah, Sy menghadiri sekaligus membuka resmi Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Pengawas di lingkungan pemerintah kabupaten Batanghari tahun 2020 pada Selasa (3/3/2020).
Acara yang dilaksanakan di ruang pola Kantor Bupati Batanghari itu, turut dihadiri Kepala Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Jambi, OPD di lingkungan pemerintahan kabupaten Batanghari, rekan-rekan Pers baik Cetak maupun Elektronik dan para peserta Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Pengawas.
Kegiatan Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Pengawas (PKP) ini sebelumnya dinamakan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pimpinan (DIKLATPIM TINGKAT lV). Kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu upaya dari pemerintah kabupaten Batanghari untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan kinerja aparatur sipil negara, baik pada tataran operasional maupun manageria.
Bupati Batanghari, Ir. Syahirsah, Sy dalam sambutannya mengharapkan agar para peserta Diklat dapat mengikuti pelatihan ini dengan sungguh-sungguh dan dengan rasa tanggung jawab, sebagai perwujudan pengemban amanah bagi para peserta.
“Semoga pada tahap aktualisasi kegiatan ini saudara dapat memberikan kontribusi dan sumbangan pemikiran yang berharga terhadap rencana-rencana peningkatan kinerja dalam bidang tugas saudara,” harap Bupati.
Acara kemudian diakhiri dengan pemasangan tanda peserta secara simbolis oleh Bupati Batanghari.
