MERANGIN - Untuk mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan maupun pemberian pelayanan kepada publik, Pemerintah Kabupaten Merangin akan menerapkan aplikasi Sistem Manajemen Layanan (SIMAYA) persuratan pada tahun 2020. Sebab SIMAYA dapat diakses dimana saja, walau pejabat sedang tidak berada di tempat. Seperti disposisi surat-menyurat dapat langsung dilakukan melalui Akun SIMAYA.

Kepala Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Kabupaten Merangin, Ir. Muhammad Arief RH, Mum mengatakan, untuk mengawali aplikasi SIMAYA akan dimulai dari Dinas Kominfo Merangin dan telah dilakukan sosialisasi dan Bimtek bagi pejabat dan staf pada Dinas Kominfo Merangin pada Selasa (10/3/2020). Selanjutnya akan dilakukan bimtek admin untuk seluruh Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di Kabupaten Merangin dan akan diterapkan secara bertahap.

Saat ini secara umum, sistem persuratan di instansi pemerintah Kabupaten Merangin masih berjalan secara manual, sementara hal itu tidak seimbang dengan itensitas persuratan yang kian banyak dan menuntut kecepatan,” kata Kadis Kominfo Merangin, Ir. Muhammad Arief RH, Mum.

Dijelaskan Kadis Kominfo Merangin, landasan diterapkan aplikasi SIMAYA bagi pemeirntah daerah, berdasarkan UU No 19 Tahun 2016, tentang perubahan atas UU No 11 Tahun 2018, tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE) dan juga PP No.82 Tahun 2012, tentang Penyelenggaraan Sistem dan Transaksi Elektronik serta berdasarkan PP No.95 Tahun 2018, tentang Sistem Pemerintan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE).

“SPBE merupakan aplikasi khusus yang dibangun, dikembangkan, digunakan dan dikelola oleh instansi pusat atau pemerintah daerah. Dan memantapkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik, melayani, berkualitas dan berbasis (ICT) Information, Communication Technology  (IKP)," tandas Arief.
