MUARABULIAN - Sehubungan penyebaran berita Hoax (bohong-red) tentang Suspect Covid-19, pada Sabtu (4/4/2020) warga kecamatan Muaratembesi melakukan klarifikasi sekaligus permintaan maaf kepada keluraga korban.
Untuk meluruskan informasi yang sudah viral tersebut, kedua orang dan juga hadirkan Ketua RT02 Kampung Baru, Lembaga Adat, LSM dan Media.
Kedua orang tersebut menyebar berita hoax tentang virus Covid-19 pada laman salah satu Group Whatshap. Postingan kedua orang tersebut sontak viral dan hebohkan masyarakat Batanghari.
Hal ini di sampaikan oleh paman korban Sp Tarigan S.Pd kepada awak media. Ia menyampaikan klarifikasi ini terkait berita hoax suspect Covid- 19, sekaligus permintaan maaf pelaku KH dan NH kepada korban yang di wakili ibu korban bernama Sukarelawati.
“Ya kita hari ini melakukan klarifikasi permasalah berita hoax suspect covid 19 kepada keponakan saya bernama Putri Clara Sinuraya, sekaligus permintaan maaf KH dan NH kepada kekuarga ibu korban Sukarelawati," tuturnya.
Di tempat yang sama KH dan NH penyebaran berita hoax suspect covid-19 mengatakan kepada keluarga korban meminta maaf sebesar besarnya kepada pihak-pihak yang dirugikan.
“Kami dari pihak keluarga KH dan NH meminta maaf atas kesalahan kami berdua,sudah membuat berita hoax covid- 19 dan sempat heboh di media sosial, kepada pihak-pihak yang dirugikan, antara lain kepada keluarga putri Clara Seftia dan kami juga meminta maaf kepada masyarakat khusunya masyarakat Batanghari yang sudah dibuat resah dengan adanya berita hoax tersebut sukarelawati," ungkapnya.
