MERANGIN - Pasca pengumuman oleh Bupati Merangin, Al Haris ada 10 warga Kabupaten Merangin terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19, Pemerintah Kabupaten Merangin dalam waktu dekat berencana memberlakukan jam malam di Kabupaten Merangin.

Jika nanti diberlakukan jam malam,  masyarakat yang mempunyai usaha baik di bidang kuliner maupun usaha lain yang buka hingga larut malam, diwajibkan tutup pada pukul 22.00 WIB.

Pernyataan Bupati Merangin tersebut langsung di respon oleh penegak hukum, dimana Polres Merangin akan mensosialisasikan terlebih dahulu kepada masyarakat terkait pemberlakuan jam malam tersebut. 

Kapolres Merangin, AKBP M. Lutfi melalui Kabag Ops Kompol Pamenan, saat di konfirmasi Selasa (28/4/2020) menjelaskan jika untuk jam malam belum sepenuhnya dilakukan.

“Untuk jam malam belum kita lakukan, kita masih menunggu surat dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Merangin dalam pemberlakuan jam malam,” ucap Kompol Pamenan.

Kompol Pamenan juga menjelaskan, jika surat edaran dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Merangin telah di terima, terlebih dahulu Polres Merangin akan mengimbau bagi pemilik usaha yang buka hingga tengah malam untuk menutup hingga pukul 22.00 WIB.

“Kita imbau dulu hingga tiga kali, jika tidak mengindahkan imbauan kita, baru kita tutup dengan cara paksa, pemberlakuan jam malam ini guna mumutus mata rantai penyebaran Covid-19 di Kabupaten Merangin,” tandasnya.
